Forget the boxers, the amount of well mannered but tough guys Cus has made is just something to respect.

This interview was amazing and gave so much insight into behind scenes of cus’s gym. Its also interesting whenever former fighters talk about cus and teddy the always start crying you can see how much of an impact the had on their guys

Hey Coach, a big grateful hug from Brazil. I started learning boxing 3 weeks ago and you creating this channel and your desire to perpetuate this style gives me hope. I hope I can improve a lot over time, I know it depends on me, but I just wanted to thank you for your great work, keep going!

There's not one person that's associated with this gym I've ever disliked. I wish I could go there but I'm in the UK so I really appreciate you. It would be very interesting to see clips of Greg Young training, maybe some mike tyson shadowboxing.

amazing technique from Main Moore! I love it he has allot to talk about ill watch it later I have to go to work, definitely for everyone idk how strong you are without discipline everyone's nothing get him working on 78% cardio vascular exercises for body
growth from this point weights a little bit of both for body in general dumbbell shrugs allot of them get some sort of specialized health risk neck trainer.
and I know you're the trainer that knows what your talking about I trained the peek a boo style alone in my basement but cant compete due to health conditions
I naturally understood myself boxing in about 65% of it came natural to me from just a emulating the movements of Tyson. I have a background of intense training,
super intense! Studying more now less active I know the mindset required. I'm native I was a dancer I got down low as a kid and squatted dancing and stomping low
to drums for 6 to 8 hours for style 1 to 2 minute breaks tons of water occasional pop cuz so much energy was spent as a lil twerp as that kid. Got a torn up spirit
from toxic community and living in a small town but peek a boo boxing was 1/5 of the light for me and is an important piece of the puzzle and thanks to this channel
I can learn it properly now I want to create a community of my own boxers who don't tear each others spirits up so so much. I'd love in the distant future when I
have my own gym to collide with yours and work with you positively when I'm older wiser and know more about my field of knowledge and not gloat about my knowledge
of what I'm doing. You're great man keep it up. PS ill copy paste this on other videos! I'm already training my nephew just starting got to tell him all the right
things or else I'm a bad teacher especially with technique and life advice aka character. I can tell THE GREAT CUS D'MATO was a inspiration to you too and I love
what your doing man you're training videos help allot with this spectrum of life I'm studying. Just because I told you this DOESINT MEAN NOTHIN I also have to take
the action the balls in my park so to speak. I prefer to not talk about myself but about other people I like their stories more than mine. But I want you to see me and understand I'm out there. I talk about myself but I'm careful with what I let them know based on the person.
