Great stuff Bella. Best trading lesson for me is following my best practices. When I take the time to prepare and have all the key ingredients considered. .. .catalyst, volume, structure, context, congruence with indeces/larger time frame/market internals, scoring the set up, and risking according to score, etc. This is when i trade the best regardless of PNL
Great video . I’m always interested to know what was the equity exposure in this trade in terms of percent that would give a better idea in terms of risk etc .
This growth focus carried through to us in Inside Access - every single teacher reviewed this trade, so we got a bunch of detailed reps on it before the trade, day of and over the following days. It was a great process to review it from different traders' point of view.
On my best trading day ever? I would have to say that TIME of day is highly important. Sure you can win a trade at any time.... but it seems the market had a definite purpose during certain times of the day. Pair that with the right asset for your own trading style? Aaaaannnnnd BOOM!
Congrats to those who smashed MSTR, it’s not about picking tops and bottoms, if you captured a decent chunk of the move you did well imho. Definitely like reviewing success. Would like to hear stories of skilled traders believing they have an A+ trade and fail well.
Wondering if It’s ever okay to be happy with your performance.. and if it’s all about lamenting on what could have been, where’s the enjoyment in career?
I would say don’t look in hindsight when you do good. The reason you feel you could have done better is because of what you saw after the fact. Things could have gone wrong and now you are losing money being too aggressive. You did what you were supposed to do. Close green.

Gr8 observation. Seems like you lead w outstanding diligence
Great video, really like the culture statement. So many trading rooms do not propel the traders to being better!

There is a fine line here to walk. We like the idea of happy but not satisfied.
