Sa ibang problems po, kapag sinabing paid dividends, minumultiply pa po sa % ng CI. So example dyan po sa problem, ang 180k times 80% = 144 ang dividend income na imaminus sa net income. Alin po ang mas tama?

okay din po yun i mean depende sa problem po. jan po kasi ang sabi yung 180k is paid na ni sub kay parent end 80%yung share ni parent kaya dinivide. yung multipl apply yun pag sinabing xxx dividend declared and paid..

Sir, in case po na hindi January yung date of acquisition, for example, October 1 po ang date of acquisition, 100% pa rin po ba ng NI ni subsidiary ang ilalagay sa consolidated fs?

ang alam ko nagmamatter lng ang date dun sa mga adjustment like yung depreciation expense. so need mo i adjust ang NI
