Greeting Craig, this is a goldmine. I have been an Instructional Coach for over 6 years after spending about 4 years in as a teacher. I wished I had resources like this in my earlier years in coaching. Unfortunately, I was transitioned into coaching because I was a great teacher but influencing teacher development is much harder than just sharing strategies. I bought the book teach like a champion about 2 months ago and it has done wonders for my demonstration lesson as it has given me language to articulate some of the work I was doing as a teacher.
