@@BMR_WRLD Stock form the G87 isn't very much to look at but a slight drop, spacers or new wheels and a lip kit makes this car look a 100X better.. reminds me of the old school DTM cars.
I have a G87 order. I am glad I saw yours because yours is optioned very close to mine (mine has the blue brake calipers and manual transmission). I love the aggressive look of this car and I am glad I went with Alpine White. Thanks for sharing.
When I picked mine up about a month ago, that was my impression as well. It feels like a German muscle car! You’re totally right about the “better in person”. Even though I was already a fan of the design, in person it was that much better. Plus I get lots of people asking about it and complimenting it. Really surprised about that honestly.
g87 M2 is an amazing vehicle. I agree with the statement about the haters. They haven't seen the car in person and once they do, it'll change their minds.
Yeah I had to have those buckets so now im waiting for it. Got my production number back in Oct. still hasn’t hit the line. Prolly wont see it til April or May but I know it’ll be worth it
question for you, does the m2 feel a lot faster then the m240i? I have an m340 and was just curious, i have an m2 on order but they are taking 6-12 months to come in
The only comparison is the xDrive version M240 that I had feels about the same speed wise until 3rd gear kicks in then it’s lights out for the M240. The M2 pulls like an insane madman it’s not even close after that. The power delivery and mapping is completely different and a rear wheel drive M240 isn’t even in the ballpark. The M240 is already a bit faster than the M340 so if you get the M2 it’ll be like night and day especially if you have a rear wheel version. I destroy M340’s in my M2. You can’t really compare an M car to the M performance models they are completely different cars in every way. Not sure where you are located, but it should only take 3-4 months to receive with current allocations. Look around for one on the lot, most dealerships will ship to you I know mine does.

@sergiojimenez8220 if you don’t have an allocation you do not have an order, that’s why you were told 8 months although that makes no sense because each dealership gets at least one (or more) allocations for G87’s if they are a higher volume dealership. I waited a month for my allocation and then 3 months for it to be delivered once I had a production date. I’d highly recommend going to an other dealer (a high volume or M certified) dealer as they get more allocations and you won’t wait anywhere near that long. Also I’ve known people in Texas that also took 3 months for delivery after they had an allocation week. My dealership I use has 3 allocations for this month and they can get this transported to you they said as well.
MDM allows you to kick the rear out more, just not as much as DSC off, you really need to pay attention with DSC fully off where MDM will help if you get too out of control.
Shouldn't need to grow on you as people put it or need to be seen in person to really appreciate the looks! It's growing on me, though a bit with time, but the rear bumper is hideous lol!
I hated the G87 M2 SO MUCH when it first came out.. now here I am with my own BSM G87 M2.

Not at all, I ordered this spec. It looks clean and shows all the lines the best IMO.

Yea the buckets are parts restricted at the moment so those builds will take longer. Enjoy when you get it!

How does this car look so good in black or white but I hate black and white :(.

The wheel gap is due to laws that need to allow fitting snow chains :(
