Great video. I have so much respect for Jason - Everything he spoke about, I've been through. Thousands of hours of screen time ( and thousands of ££££ later ( down the drain) I realised MINDSET, is 99% of trading consistently profitable. Most traders CAN'T make money, simply because they CAN'T or WON'T follow rules. What I've been through mentally, in trading, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. To Master Trading - First You HAVE to Master thyself!

very true Jason i was just opening trades here and there i lost 10k now and now i've back tested and learned so much ,, now that i'm ready to be mature and discipline ready to trade,, ive wasted 10k now im dry and depending on my wage which can[t pay bills and fund the account.. in my next trading life i will never ever do a random trading,, pls wish me luck that when i finally save 1k and fund my account then i'll be nailing it.. i have a stratergy now. well done guys this interview is very important and helpfull.

its never been a bad thing to COPY a traders strategy / mindset " Emulate " find a guy thats killing it he'l show you how its done and go from there it'l save you time and money.
After a rather long learning curve, I have at last attained highly consistent profitability in Fx trading. This is perhaps the only video I have yet seen here on this topic that I found to be legitimate, honest, and useful for aspiring Fx traders. However, it does not go into great depth as to methods. But it conveys two important messages: 1) success in Fx trading IS actually possible, and 2) becoming expert at technical Fx trading does take a lot of work, dedication to the process, and constant study of charts and price action. Kudos to Jason for a very good and open interview! I nodded in agreement throughout this lengthy video.

First Time I Got To Know Jason Graystone Was On Emergence Week With Akil Stokes😊This Guys Are Amazing📚📖Happy to see him here.
Yes the first big drawdown is a test ....being mentaly prepared is a great advantage ....so from day one to go live ....the mindset is ...first profits are to cover the drawdown ......first target is 25-30% ...this you wiggle room on the account .....so when the drawdown comes the deposit capital is covered .....and you don't worry about it ...I was drawn down 20% after being +40% ...so I was upset and stressed ....mistake was over leveraged .....but my mentor told me stop crying ....don't be a cry baby....hold the trades you are correct ride it out ....but waiting for the turn around feels so rooky .....it did turn back into profit...the lesson ..trade based on fundamenal bias ....could be a week or more ... so lot size .. must be in the 300-500 pip range..or plan to scale in..and add to the trade as each setup for that direction comes...eg ...enter with 1/2% ...2nd entry another 1/2% ...up to a limit of say 2% ....to me this way is costing too much in time ....how trades you are missing locking your money up for 2 weeks ....on the other hand ..with a lager account over 100K ..you want 20% in the market not sleeping in the account ..in that case .. you want all the trades going ....short .. day and swing ...but we must crawl before we can walk and run.....mental awarness is big!

When it comes to a trade plan, are we talking about a set of rules for each system you trade? Or is it a set of general rules that you follow for all systems? I've got IF THEN rules for a system but I hear alot of talk about "Your trade plan" as if it's a set of rules for your trading in general... all answers welcome

I'm profitable on my paper trading account, but I'm only 2 months in. Haven't had a red day for the past 3 weeks but i don't trust it so I'm scared to go live. Need more confidence I guess
Trade it until you have your first scary drawdown, learn to recover from it and then start on a small live account.

Yesterday I blew my 7th Account... I was Disturbed Emotionally..., Had to sleep the Whole day... I was just completely Crushed and... I asked myself if it was really worth it...
That's part of your growth journey. You definitely need to do something different though...
It's true, we don't listen to our elders and I'm sure you (Jason) didn't either. It's like we say, 'if only I knew then what I know now' but i guess learning from our mistakes is in effect building a strong foundation for what is going to come later. Great video!

No verified audited proof of any trades but still people say they are profitable .how can someone believe someone with no proof ?this all seems to be course selling tactics
So I have done testing now for 3 weeks, maybe a month. I can't believe it should take 18 months to find some successful. He said he struggled with his mindset. What does that mean? Fear and greed taking over? Exiting trades too early?
Also I would prefer to avoid a mentor. Sure they could teach me a lot, but with not so much money and a small account I can't prioritize them.
It’s been a while for your comment but yes trading technically is simple and fast to achieve but psychologically it’s very taxing and is the reason it take a few years to succeed.

the screen didn't cause you to wear glasses...I have been staring at a screen for 30 years, the last 5 years just nonstop all day every day, the last year or so was at charts...still great eyesight. Everything else about my health went to shit but eyes are workin great lol

You are not a professional trader, if you dont manage others money, like people in hedge funds or other big institution.
You really don't need to trade other people's money especially when it comes to Forex to become a professional trader. in fact, there is no single reason for you to trade for other people if you have the skill. you can make all the money you want and keep it all. also with time freedom. if you are talking stocks this could be something else which I don't know. but Forex I know it well.
