I like the general look of the new watch. Would love it to where they did have a lot of things under the buttons like the previous watch room. Would love to see it to where we can customize the watch to where we can see what we want on the watch. I like seeing where my friends are without looking at the friends list. But I know, like you said, don't want to see certain things.

The update about the point light glitch is also for my custom room, but a bit different. Every time i save or come into the room, every glass panel and point light’s colors disappear.
I believe that they should have custom watch instead of having the new laggy watch menu. For psvr it takes about 5 seconds to just open the watch instead of the smooth open watch
I actually quite like the new UI with this color scheme now it looked very edgy before but I like it now. But I still don't think this UI feels like a Watch UI

My main problems with the new UI is the lack of thought put into how VR players are supposed to and going to interact with it. Laser pointer hardly works at all anymore on the new UI, and the elevated buttons which worked so well have been totally removed (even in VR, which doesn't make sense. There should just be a player toggle for elevated buttons)

It was like someone puked on my screen, too much was happening and I literally couldn't find anything since the buttons were so god damn small. You would literally need a microscope to see some of the buttons. I like the new colour change, however, there is a glitch that literally changes it to discord light mode. To sum it up, I really don't like this new watch menu, too much is happening, 2d makes it harder to press on VR, some of the buttons are so small and I literally can't find a dorm button without going to my rooms.

My biggest problem with the UI is that it doesn’t feel like it was made for VR. Scrolling feels funky and is sometimes a pain. Buttons don’t feel good to press compared to the old UI. The new menu is also weirdly small compared to the old menu. I will say I do like the color scheme, but I’d rather have a functional menu than a pretty menu.
yeah I have noticed that you cant recolour pens and one of my friend cant recolour buttons when he is porting songs also at 1:24 I finished recreating the " talk to the hand to mute and ignore " poster in grey-scale and I'm happy with it but i could have just made it on my iPad faster it took like 5 hour
The new UI looks really nice actually, but it feels really messy, Im sure we will all get used to it over time but currently I find myself getting lost really easily, I do like the new aesthetic though 🍩

What I think about the new UI I feel like it can be improved by not making it so complicated This is my opinion but I do think that they should change the old UI background into the RR face animation screen don't know to call it and should make it optional such the new UI.
The new UI is an absolute disaster Like you said, it’s not interactive and because of the buttons being 2D sometimes you just cannot press them And the addition of a slider it makes menus almost unusable for players with controller drift as you’re continuously scrolling up or down The UI has never and still doesn’t need to change so them changing it is just a waste of time they could’ve spent on new items or RROs In my 4 years of playing VR I’ve never been more disappointed with a game Well the game itself is great but their somewhat “inability” to listen to their community is upsetting
I hate the new ui for the watch because I doesn’t always pick up my inputs and and don’t like you use the pointer because if I’m in vr I’m going to do something in vr and not just point at it!

I think they should remove the invention store and friends playing from the menu, but the rest imo could stay. I don't like the button layout though, it should be closer to the original to make it easy to convert. Also the red button bar is too small. They should make the buttons a little bigger there. Then move the home button back to the top left corner on the menus, it makes some much more sense whereas the current is layed out like a phone screen. Finally, allow a dark mode. I really hate the look of the new menu color scheme, and much preferred the old one. It would be nice to have a dark mode setting.
Ok so if u don’t like the home menu and also it make my dorm room is to bright so if u want to have the old Home Screen go to settings and then go to experience go to second room
It’s not that I hate the new UI It lags my game for example I played paintball and I shot someone 10 times they didn’t die I turned on the old you are and it did not happen it kept happening over and over again and every time I open the new you why I freeze
I like the new UI colours but i hate the button positioning, especially in the “this room” section where instead of 6 neat, tidy icons in the bottom-right corner, save (floppy disk) and settings (cog) are now basic ol’ text, and have been moved to the top-right corner along with the restore button where they cover far more of the room’s cover photo 😠

I loved the old menu because it had depth on the buttons when pressed on vr, it felt real
What I liked about the old home menu were the 3d buttons. I feel like having a simulated tactile button felt easier to press.

There should be a command box or some sort of terminal so you can type in “!turn on all lights” or something like that

I just played triple threat it is one of the best rec room games that I have played so far, my favorite is the Paris wheel
