Cook it 80percent and then drain the water and dum the rice in slowest flame. Just like pasta. So that kind of 'Pasa Rice' is healthier.

Hey just a suggestion you should not cook ghee it reacts and forms oxestrol which is bad for cholesterol, also it loses the flavours so cook in normal oil and drizzle ghee in the end when its cooked
If you minus the onions it's typical karhai... but i love onions in my karhai.... but try nihari masala in the same meat cut.... just don't forget to add the flour slurry and the baghar... walllaaaa
