r0kness if you have ever order from oink art all the products are made to the best quality possible and they try to achieve that day through day and James and the oink team are always trying to improve. Yeah theres trial and error along the way but what stands out with oink is that they acknowledge that and they let it be know. i used to order from oinkart all the time, amazing customer service and for some reason i had this problem with my ironlak reload cans and i emailed james and he sent me new cans to replace the leaked ones and a bunch of stickers. GREAT customer service

I've been using Fresh paint for awhile now. You guys work hard and get very little out of this. I hope too see your company rise too ironlak or mtn levels. Much respect your your team. Where all trying too paint & I'm glad its cheap paint with good coverage and can control.

James is a huge part in the 2nd reason why I'd move to the states. Y'all are getting grimey with more paint for less money. James supports the struggle and I admire that. In Toronto I have to drop 5-8 bucks per regular can.

Wouldn't hurt to empty the valve on the chrome by spraying upside down after every use?
i don't think it would hurt it. i don't know that it would resolve the issue per se but if it does please let us know via email to oinkartltd at gmail dot com and on here and we will pass along the advice! good lookin out!

the issue with the silver happened to me yesterday with an old black 400ml
hmm, that's odd, shouldn't happen with any 400ml's. that being said, i've had it happen with a # of different brands, just not on a regular basis. please take a pic of that 400ml and email to oinkartltd at gmail dot com with an explanation of what happened, if you bought it from us direct i can refund the cost of that 1. best!

we have not had this occur in any way.
What's the reason you guys can't ship outside of the US, is it customs or something else? Really wanna try out these paints. Keep up what you're doin' 'cause you care about your customers and seem to have a great product :)
basically cost of the weight. it makes it to where our value proposition (low price delivered to your door) is lost, it becomes too expensive. plus, it's illegal to mail sprays on planes which all international shipments at some point are on a plane. many levels of complications :/

yessir basically any hooded cap should work great, only caps that don't work on the valves we use are ny thins, rusto fats

haha take a loss? its called you are trying to liquidate the jacked up cans since you fucked up. You aren't doing anyone any favors, will stick to rusto or any of the other brands made in that factory.
i respect your opinion and respect rusto products. i've never acted like anyone has to use any product we sell to do good work, there are certain differences in our valves (fat caps like silver fats can spray wider), coverage type and color vibrancy when compared to different brands, so each writer will have their preference. the cans are far from "jacked up" is the good news, and you don't have to buy any is the better news. most companies have and will continue to sell a product without saying anything about problematic batches. that's not my approach to things. have a good one

I think you missed the point of this video. While it's certainly not a favor to inform your customers of any potential problems they could run into, it is good business practice. You can tell since most of the other comments are positive that the sentiment was appreciated. I would bet it was probably difficult to make this video and man up about the existing issues rather than just let customers roll the dice.

"rusto lasts" no shit i'm the only person selling designer paint who will openly tell you if freights of walls you need to last forever, rusto is the best choice, then more expensive euro paints, and chinese made paints last. i will openly acknowledge that most fresh paint colors fade in a year or so and some last 3 years or more, some like the black basically don't fade but after 5 or more years possibly would. point being? if you like fresh paint, support it, if you don't, don't. fuck doing the world a service - i'm trying to do WRITERS who LIKE MY PRODUCT a SERVICE, that's all. any writers who don't like our stuff, much respect to em, any people who aren't writers can all go fuck themselves as far as their opinion about my product or the scene in general. now, be gone!
Ernie Hundos thanks man i super appreciate it. all you said is true. and the funny part is, the can i talk about being on the shelf, i used it 2 days before with no issues (i think partially because i hadn't pulled the cap out, hadn't needed to) then had this experience the night of the video review. it was at 10.30 when i realized the problem that i made the decision to, instead of just using the happy product review footage i had shot earlier, decided to basically stay at the shop shooting all night then go back and take care of my kids all night and still be at my second job by 9am the next day. it was heart wrenching to make this decision, on price and on making the content, based on 1 cans' reaction instead of saying "wellll start selling them let it go a few weeks, see what people say then go from there". fuck that - it's a potential problem, as you said i did the best i could to "man up about the existing issues" and inform everyone so they could make their own decision. thank you for your understanding and support. much respect!
