btw i recommend u to use hakuda with arrogante+partial essence, it combines so well
Not anymore. I used to be the main advocate for Arrogante hakuda but now all of the reasons it was good are gone (the partials were gutted). This is what happened.
-4 seperate all around damage nerfs (I was counting)
-No more frame 1 hyperarmor
-No more frame 1 counter
-Rei Nerf
All for a mid segunda? The unfinished full res was actually the peak. No segunda but awesome partials. Now you're better off with storm or even kazuya for hakuda

Nah bro it's worse. Partials went from the best ingame to watered down ice. Full res is great, segunda is mid. This is an overall nerf

Huge Nerf to the partials makes it unusable with hakuda. Until you get the mid segunda at best, you're screwed
