zoning out makes soooo much sense...i recently read that children zone out alot and dont over think almost anything. They simply enjoy the moments. when we as adults go back to that even if its moments of our day, thats when we truly enjoy ourselves.

What I love about Michelle's vlog is that it's realistic. There are times I don't want to or try to be active I just want to REST ( even to just zone out) I get it's important to be active but having breaks or lazy days helps me out so much. ✨Balance✨ 😁
