I really do hope the Lakers learned their lesson about continuity. D'Lo is red hot right now and worked hard to become a playable 4th quarter-player. He has improved dramatically as a defender and he's had the right mentality about it too using Derrick White as a model. Ham is the only one holding these guys back. Rui could easily be your 15ppg guy off the bench but Ham doesn't run any plays or sets for him and he's easily the 5th-best scorer on the team. You'd think the way they paid him would actually reflect how they planned to use him. This same team went very far when they were relied upon and trusted. We abandoned that and were a 13th seed with LeBron and AD both playing the entire season.
If Charlotte buys out Kyle Lowry, I hope the Spurs sign him. An actual point guard would help Wemby's development, and they could definitely use the veteran presence in the locker room. I don't know if he moves the needle for the Lakers at all at this stage of his career.
