I'm writing this the day after. The cold shower was indeed very refreshing, not just physically, but also mentally. I'm so glad that I have this iron-clad mindset toward it. No matter what, I take a cold shower. I believe getting this far would have been super difficult without it. And btw, it's not something that I just have, it's something that I foster with every shower I take.
