i didnt understand what you did with movement 501, i thought you sent raw material to vendor , please explain what you did with movement type 501

Movement type 501 is used to receive goods without purchase order. He used 501 to put some material into stock so that BOM can be created to issue goods to subcontractor for further processing. If you dont have material in ur stock, how could it be given to subcontractor....simple :-)

he has taken stock on raw material without ref of PO. it is very simple. post subcon po he will send raw material to vendor.
