Ba’d al-Salām al-Jazīl wal-Ikrām al-Jamīl Al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal SaifuddinTUS states in his marsiyah mubārakah (1442 AH): The zikr of al-Imam al-HusainAS is a worthy provision for the zakereen. Describing our traditions and culture, Aqa MaulaTUS states in his nasihat ‘Chalo ae piyārā azīzo chalo’: “Our way of life is indeed unique.” The unique approach (nehj) of Dawat-e-Hadiyah towards Zikr-e-HusainAS is summarized in the following principles: · The zikr of Awliyā KirāmAS should be only done with their razā mubārak. Recordings of Sautuliman (Mahad al-Zahra) have been made available to mumineen with the razā mubārak of Aqa MaulaTUS. They include audios of authentic recitations of al-Qur’ān al-Karīm, du’a and various other kalām. Mumineen should continue to benefit from these recordings. · Selection of the appropriate kalām is very important. Only the most authentic kalām (which are recited in the majālis of Dawat-e-Hadiyah) are recorded under the supervision of Aljamea-tus-Saifiyah and Idarat al Zakereen, and then published for the benefit of mumineen. · While technology has enabled mumineen to access the recordings of the zikr of Awliyā KirāmAS on various internet platforms, the benefit from listening to these recordings can only be obtained by doing so in accordance with the aforesaid ‘nehj’. However, a few zakereen post their own recordings, or have them posted through their friends and relatives on social media platforms such as RUclips, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. This act is not appropriate and may lead to unintended and unwanted consequences. Thereupon, zakereen and all mumineen are strongly advised to desist from uploading their own recordings, or those of others, on social media. Repeated violation of this advisory may attract official censure by Idarat al Zakereen.
