This new video is came for when india overtakes china in terms of population in a UN estimated exact time of June to July 2023. Half of the population of India resides in the Great Indian plains near Ganges and Brahmaputra
Awesome video Most Data 😀, so big thumbs up for it!! 👍🏻 And so good you’ve added my country, Spain! (9:27 🇪🇸🐃). As the map shows, the most densely populated areas are: the Madrid region, Andalusia 💃🏻 (Seville, Málaga, Córdoba and Granada), the Mediterranean coast 🏖️🥘 (Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia and Palma de Mallorca) and the north coast. The interior of the country is often called “empty Spain” (“La España vacía”), highlighting only two cities: Zaragoza and Valladolid. In the Canary Islands 🇮🇨, the main cities are Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
I can't believe you only have 2.65K subscribers. These videos are really high quality. This is only the second one I've watched, and it's convinced me to subscribe. Keep going! 👍
This is not accurate at all. It shows the biggest cities and then scatters the rest evenly, which is not true in many countries. Eastern Jordan is almost completely empty, yet shows as the same as the west. The big port city of Aqaba in south isn't visible at all. The empty southern desert of Israel is shown as populated as the north. Sweden is shown as only having 3 cities, none of them in the north. The north has 60% of the area but 11% of the pop, yet is shown as the same density as the south.
Thank you for including Iran🇮🇷 . Most populous cities are Tehran(the capital) , Mashhad(the city in east) Isfahan(the city in center) At first I thought Iran would be more dense

Yes, it is nothing to be proud about. It brings huge challenges- how to provide education, food, housing and security to such a large population. Also, very aggressive family planning measures need to be implemented - 1 or 2 kids per couple.
The background low level green dots are clearly an estimated value used to fill the remaining empty space after the cities were accounted for. Take a look at China - they have green dots covering the high desert and high mountains of Tibet. So this graphic is quite misleading. Also many countries are missing. Mongolia. Iceland. Countries whose populations were below 5 million. Why? A high school student could have done a better job with this assignment.
4:20. It seems to indicate that there are living people scattered around the north east part of Jordan. But besides the highway that runs through it direction Iraq, it is basically an uninhabited desert. How can any of the statistics be accurate then?
Hello thanks for the question. This maps created with 2 datasets. 1- Maps which shows the most dense parts of the country from hub.worldpop.org/ 2- Population density list which is basically showing the number of population/area ( Population density = Population ÷ Area ) In order to show the two datasets together, I combined the maps to show the most populated parts of the country with the corresponding density number.
