Ajay... This is great! Can you help me take this a little further.... After the "teams" are created, scores will be manually entering a score under each team. When the scores are entered, the teams are going to shuffle again. The people that I work for are not computer people. Showing them the CUT AND PASTE VALUES option (or setting calc options to manual) will confuse them. Is there a way to create a "Shuffle" Button (control) that will shuffle the teams, but keep the teams as is when I start entering the scores? (The teams will be shuffled each week) thanks very much for your help.

22.33 in R/off=22.50(means below .50 =.50)
22.52 in R/Off =23(means above .50 =1) how can i convert it plse tell me the formula for it )
