Aap na needle check kr lo kahin mudi to nhi h , thread tension ko check kriye 3 aur 4 k bich me rkhiye, aur shuttle box ko check kriye usne gandi to nhi ho rkhi h dhage to nhi fse hn .... oiling kriye ... machine sahi chalegi

I hv usha Janine dream stitch machine. It's new one. Problem is while stitching, suddenly the needle struks in the bobbin hook. It wouldn't come out. I hv to remove the needle from there by removing the bobbin hook only. Pl tell me the solution

Bobbin case lagate hue.. कट की आवाज़ मेरी मशीन में तो नहीं आती है... मेरी मशीन स्टीच मैजिक है
