Nice video! Nice to see all the Roads and various models of locomotives.
Railroad watching was 100 times more interesting back in the day….today…. not so much.
    I retired from CNW/UP in 2010. Great career, people and times(36 years)👍👍😎

I just rode behind one of the C&IM RS1325s a few months ago.
I'm from Galesburg, so I think I've pin-pointed where all the Galesburg area shots were taken:
17:55 Along 'Old 34' North of Town. That's Interstate 74 in the background. Very strange to see this area with the telephone poles still intact. Also strange to see Rio Grande power in Galesburg. Southern Pacific/Cotton Belt would frequently run run-throughs on BN to Chicago, but it was usually always a mix of BN and SP/SSW power or a solid set of SP/SSW power.
18:11 One block East of Lincoln Street, with the BN overpass above it. Lincoln Street is the crossing that they're whistling for when the shot opens.
18:50 Cameron, obviously; very strange seeing a Santa Fe coal train this far East.
19:03 Cameron again, looking East on the BN
19:20 Alpha, on the BN Barstow Sub. Soo Line power wasn't too unusual on this line back then, but where are the BN business cars going?
    20:16 Lynn Center?
