I bought mine on Amazon, it came in a box with all the tools needed for assembly. All you have to do is mount the front tire, headlight, turn signals, front fender, and attach the handlebars. The hydraulic brakes are assembled and bled, all the wires you have to connect are color-coded, you have to install the seat and seat post as well. It comes with a good full color manual in English, I would say if you need help assembling, just ask.

How much weight can that tail rack hold? I'd like to put a cushion on it to take a passenger.
It can handle a passenger easily. I have put over 5,000 miles on mine in less than a year, with zero issues, still charges fine, etc.
