So while I was listening to this in the shower I had an overwhelming feeling while thinking of my dad and I started crying because I’ve had some negative feelings towards him lately because his abusive wife has kind of pushed me out of the picture but it was almost like I was feeling what he was going through instead of blaming him and I texted him when I got out of the shower and told him how much I love him and other loving stuff. He texted me back saying I texted him at the exact moment while he was brushing his teeth thinking of me.

So listen to this... I think it’s pretty freaking cool what I just experienced while listening to this video. I was laying in bed trying to fall asleep and listening to this video. As far as these videos go I just pick what sounds best, usually don’t look at the title. Well.. I was laying there staring at my hand with one eye trying to fall asleep and I start seeing this wispy light all around my hand and arm. I thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me so I opened my other eye and stared directly at my hand. I still saw this like green light all around my hand. Swear I was 100% awake too. And please don’t think I’m crazy, but I swear that I just KNEW it was my aura. I looked up what a lime green aura meant and it describes me so well. It’s also the “astral body” aura color. Anyway... here’s the last piece that makes this so weird. The show I’ve been watching called chambers, it’s all dealing with her heart and one episode they were working with her heart chakra, which is also what the green aura stands for apparently. So yeah.. just thought you’d find all those connections as interesting as I did! Hard to be coincidence!!

Thats silly, just be still and listen you are already there with yourself. Just start by evaluating your thoughts. Once you've got a "track" on one follow it to where the signal that makes you you comes from. And in that place clarity comes in such a way that you feel like you have always known and always been there to help. You are far more than I or anyone could ever tell you in any language.
Also a building excersize is to think about yeasterday at the end of the night. What advise do you have? Think about the events of today. Any advise? How about tomorrow? What would like for tomorrow? After three days you will be recieving help and love from yourself past, present, and future. Small steps friend. And once started always follow the inner feelings. When you notice something you helped yourself with be sure to remind your past self to follow the right path. If not then you will slowly regress due to single line time travel laws. You want to help you not alternate timeline you. It sounds harder than it is.

Your comment reminds me of something I felt a few weeks ago, from a totally unexpected piece of music.... it was a cover of "Your Song" but I heard the words in an entirely profound and different way. I cried and played it over & over. The song was about a yearning for our loved ones in the spiritual plane, who we've long forgotten upon coming into this world. I think we do miss them! but in the flesh, we don't know what it is that we are missing or remember why we even dedicated ourselves to the lives we chose to come here to live.

20 mins into this video I completely broke down into tears. I’ve been hiding from my true self for so long that I built a fake ego to mask my true emotions. I’ve treated the people closest to me the worst. I only helped others for the benefit of myself. Done so many unthinkable horrible things. I convinced myself I was a good person when In fact I never was. It’s taken me all these years to finally fully realise this and it hit me hard. I’ve never been truly loved by another person and I’m so fucking lonely. I just want to be a good person. I just want to be loved. I just want to live a life of happiness and awe. Please forgive me and I’m so sorry for everything I’ve done. To the person reading this I sincerely hope you find happiness in this life and whenever you feel down don’t take life for granted like I did. Use these moments as a learning tool. It's interesting that most of these meditation videos that have the highest views have this intrinsic 'lullaby' sound, bringing us back to our infancy...before we learned so much attachment to form, beliefs, ideas, and fears. When we were pure, whole, and only knew love and an openness to all that Is. But over time, the mind becomes cluttered with these ideas of separation, we forget that we Are Love...and when we are not in this body that is All We Know (that and Connection to Everything). I've been trying to open my third eye. Maybe trying a little too hard even. I listened to this last night before bed and within 10 minutes both my grandparents came to see me. I started to cry. They asked me not to. I couldn't help it. I haven't dealt with either of their passing's and it brought up a lot of tears. They both held my hand and arm tight. It's like they didn't want to let go. While in possibly the deepest meditation I’ve ever done, I wore headphones with this resonating deeply, I saw a presence, a face and eyes looking at me and I thought ‘I see you’ and the most incredible chills of this being overcame me, it was God. Was I dreaming or what?! So I’m beginning to get more in touch with myself and I’ve been learning about spirit guides, chakaras, learning to meditate all of that good stuff. And before I meditated I called upon my spirit guides I ended up feeling like I fell into this sleep but my conscious was awake the whole time, I could hear the frequency music playing in my dream. I started to panic as something told me to look in the mirror when I looked into the mirror I saw for a second and I had a third eye I freaked out in my dream and wanted out and voices that sounded just like me were telling me to breathe in and out. I felt like my mom was calling me in my dream and I was trying to scream for her The voices that sounded like me helped me to calm down and as soon as I did that I woke up and I just felt really energetic I looked at how long the video played and it was only a good 20-30 minutes. I don’t know if I was dreaming or what lol

@@777ruthie the man's voice had a soothing a powerful tone and was speaking about my third eye opening. In a very " matter of fact" way. I can't remember word for word about the third eye speech he gave, but I do remember him saying I would fall asleep, and would immediately remember him speaking to me when I fully wake up. I would have doubt and search this frequency for his voice, but it won't be there. At that point, I will know contact had been made. That's not word for word, but the general message that I got from him. I did exactly that when I woke up, and did come to that conclusion after searching the frequency and seeing some people had a similar experience. What I got from this, is that the being that spoke to me wanted me to know that (1) it is here (2) my third eye is opening and I will be able to perceive things that I hadn't been able to before (3) that I will have that experience confirmed to get rid of doubt.

I tried sleeping with this on low volume last night and managed to get about 90 minutes of sleep before waking up in a panic.
I almost never dream or remember dreaming but I had a very vivid one.
I was talking to someone who had the ability to predict probability of something happening, and another ability to rewind time while keeping their memories intact to roll the dice on the probability again, and continue to do so until success. He linked me to his ability, and I suddenly felt multiple layers of pressure on my head as the ability activated the number of times to guarantee success on something, not sure what. I woke up with a headache and was too scared to go back to sleep 👀

Aribitha: I too got severe pain from old injuries and in the end it is only lying down itself that helps, but I wish I didn't have to spend SO much time lying down -12hours some days! Of course I can't sleep like but who can these days? I'm physically very active by the way. While lying sleepless and in pain I do find this music helps and I also play different pieces all the time if I'm home doing stuff. I never considered meditating. Recently as of last week I decided I would try music as an alternative to my insomnia. The doctor prescribed RX but I had extreme violent nightmares after 2 days I said nope...I stumbled across the meditation.... Thinking how in the world do I meditate? First night was a little better. Second night was still the same. So I read up on how to meditate. Third night came and I decided to try something different. I would put in my ear buds, lay down on my back palms on my bed as if i were floating on water. I proceeded to my music and thought upon the music when my mind would wander.. I would focus on my screen for a few minutes then resume laying down. At times I feel as if I am being lifted up which actually woke me up but I realized that I am totally relaxing:)) Before I knew it I was fast asleep. Every day since then now on day 8 same results. I actually look forward to getting comfortable in my bed listening to meditation as I know I am going to be in peace. It usually takes me about 5-10 minutes to fall asleep but I let the music play to allow my body to destress and reap full benefits. The only side effect is the pressure headache between my eyes. From what i read thats a good thing. I'm happy no sleeping pills. Just meditate. It works just put your soul into it and you will see. Happy sleeping!
