Are you able to build searchlight? It is DLC so not everyone has it, but uses fewer resources and takes up less space than a custom turret spy camera with the added bonus of being a spotlight.
I buy every DLC of this game almost immediately! 🤣 In thinking about it now, it’s probably a happy accident I didn’t use the searchlight so I could provide a more vanilla way to do it - I forget sometimes about looking up DLC block and what might not be available to a viewer. 👍🏼

I believe I can…it probably doesn’t use metal grids (I’d have to check), but that a nice alternative.
@@Oearth Warfare 2 DLC is required, but it doesn't need metal grids. You can control it like a turret.
