That's not realistic. In some title entrances motions, the belt is around the waist for parts of the entrance. There are only a couple where the title belt is held in the hand or strapped across the shoulder for the full entrance
I think 2K should make Roman Reigns Three Belts Entrance (with Solo & Paul) ，Because this actually happened in last year's WWE. Also, don't forget that AEW Games can support up to Five Belts Entrance，2K should not fall behind.

Also, im sure this cant be too hard to code into the game but... if someone is a double champion, theres no need to call them champion twice. It should be: "The WWE United states and WWE Intercontinental Champion" Or "The World Heavyweight and WWE undisputed Universal Champion" Just code in something to remove the Champion wording from the first title announcement. Its a small nitpick tho. Nothing major
