I have an injury for 4 years. It started while doing pullups at the gym. The pain/stiff is in the upper left (rhomboid region) of the spine (1cm to the left of the second thoracic vertebra). I have had TMJD (subluxed jaw) for 10 years now but the only symptom Before the pullup injury I had a crunching noise at the right jaw. If I open quiet a bit the jaw it closes in zigzag. All the treatments I did none of them worked since the specialists focused on the Cervical Disc C5-C6. Currently I'm finalizing the orthodontic treatment and I will start the TMJ treatment afterwards. Could it be that the real problem is because of TMJD?
