I have the Mark III Stealth. It comes with a swap out twisted abdomen thats meant for the Ground n Pound pose. I love it!

Did this with my Iron Patriot. After a few month in the power pose position, the joint for the left leg started to get loose.

Great tutorial, I'm ready to try this again with my Punisher War Machine. I think I might have to use the leg drop option because the upper leg armor is bulky but we'll see. It would be cool to see this pose compared on different figures side by side like some Spider-Man or Thor figures and maybe Heavy Mando

Mark 7 will always be my favorite iron man it was amazing in the movie wen I went to see the avengers in theaters.

I really wish hot toys included that twisted torso they included with mark 3 diecast in all their diecast releases so this landing pose can be achieved easier and looks cool.Have to give congrats to you Ryan,this pose looks cool

Nah that was awful on the mark 3. It had absolutely no torso articulation because of that waist piece. The newer die cast figures can already do them really well without it
i know you gave a link to sideshow but where did you pick yours up from? if you say sideshow ima feel stupid
its like selling your soul picking this up 😭 almost half a grand

Only Iron Man figure that should do a landing pose is the Mk3 Stealth, because it is designed with an interchangeable torso to do it and it looks great. For these other ones, it looks goofy and unnatural.

I agree, looks more like a yoga pose than a landing pose. The upper leg is stretching out like he's reaching for something rather than landing on it
Uh still it doesn't look as good as it should,the 1/4 scale mark 3 does the landing pose better it seems
Mk7 or Mk85? Im conflicted which to get!
85 is my favourite armour from MCU, but 7 is the best armour hot toys have made, If I can only pick one, i will go for Mark7

Love your videos bro’ but in general the landing pose sucks big times. Like you said it’s very deceptive since the only angle it looks good in is a front view. As soon as people come see the collection and see how crippled iron man looks from any other view it will produce ill concealed laughter.
