Great show but if I may say Kort is this, please stop with the WOW WOW. Your use it ambiguously and always way too loud. You lose me for a moment. I've been in the housing industry my whole life,I'm 57 this year. My favourite is an eastern Ontario traditional home circa late 1800's . And of course a serious client with previous experience. I've got a list of homes asking the Ottawa River and along the St Lawrence. Big stone massive sqft/age. Mountain molding. I'll say no more, except that you should find a way to promote them, and yourselves in the process.
