I've played Motortown for over a year at this point and it makes me so happy to see people trying to promote this game, the one thing it definitely needs and deserves is a bigger player base. Great video! :)
Been hooked on Motor Town, your assessment is accurate. It's fun, driving physics feel good. On the grind though, some jobs pay much better than others. Rescuing vehicles with a Pulio is a good one, and making urgency time with a taxi as well, but hands down the best thing is to stock the premium pizzas at the pizza shop and deliver those within bonus time. You can pretty quickly get enough money to buy a cheaper car and tune it into a track weapon.
i like to see the videos of people building the garage, especially seeing if they borrow, rent, or buy the dump truck and cement mixer truck that are needed for the build
This game is similar to what BeamNG developers are trying to accomplish in career mode but with better graphics, physics on steroids, tuning and upgrades on steroids and game modes that don't even exist here. It'll get more insane the moment Anges' engine simulator gets merged. Hope to God they'll get there.
ive had this game for years, i love it so much and only found out yesterday that it had wheel support. i mainly drift around, it feels really good and it was unexpected from a game liken this. 11/10 recommend playing
a random cop chase roleplay video popped up on my youtube feed and at first i thought it was some roblox game but now i know that as soon as i come back home from vacation im buying this game!
I've had this in my stream library for over a year and only just played it last night. omg why did I sleep on this game!? it is so much fun. its like GTA RP meets Wobbly Life. and I love it.
Having just played the demo of this game. I like it and I will be getting the full version of this later on. I prefer to earn the top level vehicles which sadly a lot of games do not make the player do this and they hand the top vehicles to the players off the bat in some cases. I am glad this is different.
Picked up MotorTown about 18 months ago, even then it was "overwhelming positive" being developed by a one man dev. The game is built on low poly assets which are ready available to build such a game, the devs tweak design as required. The island is based on real Korean holiday location. It does play very well with a wheel. Personally the grind aspect is my only gripe, I'm hoping it will have some bank loan system later down the line which will broaden it's a appeal.
It looks like the ability to take out a loan at the bank is one of the things being added to version 0.6.20 release of Motor Town Behind the Wheel. And it's currently in the Testing phase of development.
Have It, love It. So much to do and It looks great! Most dedicated solo dev I have ever seen. I have It on my none dedicated sim PC and It works like a charm with a controller. Great game when you just want to chill out driving without getting to serious on a dedicated race sim/wheel set-up.
@@onealpha710 that is crazy. in his site it says: Hello, I'm MrHwang from South Korea. I love driving games so much that I started to make my own game back in 2002 but failed to finish it. Explain how it's clean and vivid, those are weird words to use to describe Motor Town. Also no, Motor Town is not a "GTA franchise", nor is it even close to such a thing.
one thing thats really broken is pizaa delivery. You make up to 30k in 1min. So 10mins and you have yourself your 300k for a semi too. But maybe cheesy for some
How realistic is the odometer? Is it 1 to 1 where a kilometer takes the same time it would in real life or are they smaller units such as Euro Truck Simulator 2's 20 to 1 ratio?
One of best driving game out there for sure, not best on graphic side tho but it's alright. I bought it last night bc it's on sale and I enjoy chill driving game a lot. Construction jobs pays huge amount of money so I'll stick to it until i can buy everything. At least, I enjoyed trucking with radio blasting in the game. Overall, I can recommend this game purely bc it has such a huge degree of freedom fot it's players. Physics are good and man those tires went mad when I drive cement mixer or oil truck around on wet weather. What a great experience!😊
Played the demo so much that I bought every car purchasable in the demo along with almost every upgrade for each of them. I still do like it, but not enough to buy.
What the F kind of mindset ist that. Enjoying something someone else made for hours and hours but not man enough to spend money to support it? What a complete douche😂
@@lera5489 "not a man enough to spend money to support it" You have to man up nowadays to buy and support a game? What 😂 Demo is demo for a reason, you can play it as much as you want, but if you want the full experience you buy the game. In this case original poster probably got their "thirst" for the game quenched so to speak, enough where at this point buying the game wouldn't really be worth it anymore when they wouldn't spend so much time on it anymore. The original inspiration to grind the game is gone. Maybe stop being so shallow before coming on here and insulting people for no reason? Or better yet, don't insult anyone ever, it leads to nothing.
@@itsnetts Insulting someone lets them know how detestable they are, whether they care about it does not matter since they do not matter. The main point here is while there is a demo, if you like it enough to play it for a considerable amount of hours you should buy it. No exceptions.
@@spankyjeffro5320 I disagree. The demo has locked features for a reason and the developers certainly know the demo can be played for a long time. If the developers didn't want that, they'd put a time limit on the demo. I agree on the front that developers (especially small indie developers) should be supported, but sometimes you just don't have the money to do so. Take Brazil for example, a quick googling shows the minimum wage to be the equivalent of 200 dollars a month and recent triple A games cost the equivalent of around 70 dollars. That's 35% of their income! So, yes, exceptions absolutely exist.
Wemod fixes the endless jobs for earning cash and In this game it hurts no one saying that for the record. Not everyone wants to turn an video game into a job since life is a job as it is.I been enjoying this game for long time now and will keep enjoying it for as long i'm alive.

Not a clue why but I'm obsessed with these lowpoly looking games, I'm tempted to make one cause they're soo popular

This game is just amazing and it proves that graphic aren’t everything.
I bought it last night and played it for 4 hours. Definitely going to be putting more hours into it, what a hidden gem!

I belive there is a bank loan system. I saw a patch note about reducing the interest on payments. Not that I know how to access it.
