- There is no doubt Lucy Hale is a talented individual. As if her seven seasons on Pretty Little Liars didn't keep her busy enough, the 27-year-old also released her own solo county album in 2014. But here's something else to add to Hale's ever-growing resume: "champion napper." That’s right: Hale can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, which we were able to catch on tape behind the scenes of her photoshoot with Byrdie.
If there’s one topic that we Byrdie editors could discuss for hours on end, it’s sleep. So, when we found out that Hale was supremely gifted in the napping department, we jumped at the chance to ask her some nap time tips. Among her sleep-inducing essentials: A soft (but firm) pillow, her dog, and a spritz or two of lavender spray. I think actually she only has either concealer or foundation on but she still looks LITERALLY PERFECT RIGHT?! Even without makeup (photos she has posted on Instagram) she's just stunning!!
yeah but ive also noticed she lost a lot of weight and im getting really worried about her because she used to have an eating disorder and had a very bad habit of not eating enough. I'm scared that she might be overdoing it.
Ive noticed that as well, and I do know abut her history about having an eating disorder when she was younger but I'm not really sure to be honest. I mean she's is a tiny person and in real life she doesn't seem unhealthy at all (Just to explain, I met her when she came to Australia and hugged her ps. not bragging I'm sooo grateful) and she does go to the gym often. Im not sure though I hope she is ok! but its none of our business to judge her on her weight because she's so perfect
