It makes multiplayer playable and there are modded modes like "Fastball" were BT throws you into the match and I think there's some other special stuff in the gamemode. There's also one that gives pilots titan loadouts and it's pretty chaotic (I'm not sure if it's been fixed but Ion was super weak in the gamemode).

Ive been grinding kraber kills and there was a notable experience where i was forced to gun roulette to keep up with the amount if enemies coming my way, it was an amazing 25 seconds of gameplay
This trailer alone could sell the whole darn franchise! A perfect blend of hyper mobility of the pilot's and the sheer unstoppable power of the titans, with each being pushed to the their respective limmits Whilst also showing off the complexity of each pilot and titan class, and how they counter and can be countered by others All of which being wrapped up by the USS's song Ying Yang, that both perfectly complements the high octane gameplay, that is common place for Titanfall, and encapsulates the series's bombastic, dopamine producing, adrenaline filled nature of this game The sound design of these game is second to none, every gun, every step, every core each unique whilst also perfectly fitting the game world, all of which in full display throughout the trailer (whilst never being drowned out by the music) Each and every weapon, piece of armour (both pilot and Titan) and texture perfectly fits its environment, whilst never feeling samey or monotonous, whilst also looking visually stunning (even to this day) with subtle touches making (like the cool as heck visors) being different colours, making it easier to see who's who, (also a warning system used by some titan cores) And whilst I briefly mentioned mobility, I feel I must again... As to call in anything but brilliant would be a lie, and the game knows it , putting wall runs, grapples and stims centre stage. However to call the Titan sluggish would also be a lie (as the trailer shows) which only further develops the idea of how unstoppable these machines are, making fighting them even more of an exhilarating experience which despite the titans incredible power, is still a fairly even fight. Furthermore, due to this insane degree of speed and movement options, it means even if you do perish, it only takes a few seconds to be back in the fray (making even losing kind of fun) And this is just the online portion! Not even mentioning the phenomenal solo campaign! Whilst it's unlikely we will ever get another Titan fall, let alone another game that come close to reaching the standard set by this zenith of an FPS There is still a glimmer of hope (especially in light or recent releases that came out of nowhere) and respawn have done stranger things, so who knows (It would seem my review of the trailer became more of a rant about how good the game it's selling is .. oh well... Game is good as is the trailer)
I mean, they made one of the older CoDs, the name escapes me at the moment, so comparing this to CoD isn't inaccurate. It is what CoD was, and it could be the CoD killer in time, but not this game. This is only game two, maybe by game 5 it will have the following to kill CoD.

I started playing Titanfall 2 ever since I started enjoying Apex, and now I'm playing TF2 more. Even though I'm bad, and Apex is more popular now, It has way more action in my first game then any of my hundred's game of Apex. Hopefully TF3 will come soon.

The coolest thing about this trailer is that unlike other "Gameplay" trailers, this is what REAL gameplay of Titanfall 2 looks like, with other games they play matches like the standard "I'm just playing this as a demo to show off the mechanics" instead of playing it how players will actually play the game. Actual matches in Titanfall 2 look like how they do in this trailer and it's awesome! This game is still a masterpiece over 5 years since it's release. Plus this game was somewhat ahead of it's time in some ways with FPS games now, like you know those fancy melee executions in most of the new CoD games and Battlefield now, this game was doing those in 2016, and it's executions are so much better than in those other games!

What I love about this is that even as a bad player, you can still somehow make a great play like say, one tapping people with a hand cannon as you parkour at high velocity.

Most of my friends say they don't think that great of the game but they only thought that after they saw me play with or against them. There's a high skill ceiling to this. It just isn't casual when people get to a certain level. I like feeling like a badass. Shame most aren't willing to put the effort to get there and so they push this masterpiece aside to go back to their comfy commode where they still think they're badass but they lie to themselves because they will never feel as badass as they did playing Titanfall. I mean yeah, of course they would be demotivated if they went up against someone who had way more experience then they did. You should give them tips, show them the ropes, etc. instead of just putting them in a custom match against you, and then when they lose and go back to a game they feel like they enjoy more you tell them that they’re bad and that the game they play is objectively worse than titanfall? And whilst I briefly mentioned mobility, I feel I must again... As to call in anything but brilliant would be a lie, and the game knows it , putting wall runs, grapples and stims centre stage. However to call the Titan sluggish would also be a lie (as the trailer shows) which only further develops the idea of how unstoppable these machines are, making fighting them even more of an exhilarating experience which despite the titans incredible power, is still a fairly even fight. Furthermore, due to this insane degree of speed and movement options, it means even if you do perish, it only takes a few seconds to be back in the fray (making even losing kind of fun)
And this is just the online portion! Not even mentioning the phenomenal solo campaign!
Whilst it's unlikely we will ever get another Titan fall, let alone another game that come close to reaching the standard set by this zenith of an FPS
There is still a glimmer of hope (especially in light or recent releases that came out of nowhere) and respawn have done stranger things, so who knows
(It would seem my review of the trailer became more of a rant about how good the game it's selling is .. oh well... Game is good as is the trailer)

I mean, they made one of the older CoDs, the name escapes me at the moment, so comparing this to CoD isn't inaccurate. It is what CoD was, and it could be the CoD killer in time, but not this game. This is only game two, maybe by game 5 it will have the following to kill CoD.
This is one of the best video game trailers I have ever seen. The spot on music, the excellent showcase of the movement system, the sick executions-it all just flows so nicely together.

I started playing Titanfall 2 ever since I started enjoying Apex, and now I'm playing TF2 more. Even though I'm bad, and Apex is more popular now, It has way more action in my first game then any of my hundred's game of Apex. Hopefully TF3 will come soon.

man the emotions i felt watching this trailer after so long, cant belive its been 5 years.
The coolest thing about this trailer is that unlike other "Gameplay" trailers, this is what REAL gameplay of Titanfall 2 looks like, with other games they play matches like the standard "I'm just playing this as a demo to show off the mechanics" instead of playing it how players will actually play the game. Actual matches in Titanfall 2 look like how they do in this trailer and it's awesome! This game is still a masterpiece over 5 years since it's release. Plus this game was somewhat ahead of it's time in some ways with FPS games now, like you know those fancy melee executions in most of the new CoD games and Battlefield now, this game was doing those in 2016, and it's executions are so much better than in those other games!

Lt. Furno could work but that's a lot of additional work that may or may not matter.
There's already a lot of visual customization in the game I'd leave it at that for the moment.

That moment when you get to see what the devs were expecting the game to look like, and realizing that your average veteran puts the gameplay to shame. I love this game.
What I love about this is that even as a bad player, you can still somehow make a great play like say, one tapping people with a hand cannon as you parkour at high velocity.

@@qibcentricsplayground2043 unless he's in a corner. Tone would sorta work if he's in a corner but you need and angle. If they're camping by the flag on glitch by the box or the hole behind the flag then they're almost unkillable unless you use a grenade.

Most of my friends say they don't think that great of the game but they only thought that after they saw me play with or against them. There's a high skill ceiling to this. It just isn't casual when people get to a certain level. I like feeling like a badass. Shame most aren't willing to put the effort to get there and so they push this masterpiece aside to go back to their comfy commode where they still think they're badass but they lie to themselves because they will never feel as badass as they did playing Titanfall. Pride is blind.

I mean yeah, of course they would be demotivated if they went up against someone who had way more experience then they did. You should give them tips, show them the ropes, etc. instead of just putting them in a custom match against you, and then when they lose and go back to a game they feel like they enjoy more you tell them that they’re bad and that the game they play is objectively worse than titanfall? I mean TF2 is great and all, but if they choose to go back because you, a more experienced player, kicked their ass and didnt tell them much about how to get better, I think the main reason they didn’t stick around is because you didn’t give them a reason to.
