19:25 it doesn’t matter if you rely on someone else to do the work, when you delegate the work, you follow up to make sure the work has been completed. So was it the title companies fault or was it the guy who didn’t have the money’s fault? As I said, in my earlier comment, the buyer pays the registration fees in the closing. He should’ve had that money at the closing.
BTW at one point one of the not-very-impressive Justices confused lending and borrowing - she stated that Gonzalez was the lender when it was Countrywide(side!!!)..
Watch any Supreme Court hearing and you will see they do that as a matter of practice. There are strict time limits on the lawyers presentations and the Judges questions. If they let a lawyer go on and on about something that they feel doesn't matter or doesn't need clarification, it would turn into a filibuster situation. The defense lawyer wants to get his points in quickly and then try to run out the clock so incriminating info never gets into the record.

Aren’t those fees paid by the buyer at closing? They are in my state.
