no worries brother. We all get in front of a faster rider sometimes and have a hard time moving over. I appreciate you letting me by when you could. i caught back up to those guys.
Nice ride buddy grandson love it as his dad does scrambling. Are they or different size bikes I see two strokes whizzing pass you.cant beat a 2 stroke what cc you riding
The young kids tend to ride the 2T bikes, I just let them go by!! At his race I was on my son's Sherco 300 SEF Factory. I normally ride a Suzuki RMZ250 but I have had some issues and it is a kick start bike. Thanks for watching and please click subscribe if you have not already.
I really like racing at Monster, except for the sand!!!:) It is always a great course and plenty fast. Thanks for watching and please click subscribe if you have not already.
I cut a 1/2 inch off each side of the bars on the RMZ. The Sherco has too much stuff to cut down. I have found that that inch off made a big difference getting through the trees. YMMV. Thanks.
Yea, the brakes were getting hot. The pedal is a little off and my foot is to big! I was riding the Sherco 300 SEF Factory that belongs to CJ. i am more comfortable on the RMZ, but the clutch was toast on it and the Sherco has a button! It handles very similar to the RMZ and corners a little easier. I will most likely ride it at the last race on Dec 3rd as well. The button is a life saver and i am getting more comfortable on it.
HAAAAA! most definitely a Rekluse thing. i have done stupid a couple of times on this bike! Tried to take out the start tent and a truck once... The throttle on the Sherco is super touchy and I have had it take off, so i remind myself to make sure I am in neutral. thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe if you haven't already.
I was having some stalling issues with it. I have a video up on the Rekluse rebuild and that seems to have fixed it. I do like the Sherco. It belongs to my son CJ. I have made lots of small changes to it to suit my needs and correct some issues he was having. I am a Zuk guy through and through, but they don't have a good e-start woods bike. I feel that I am actually more comfortable on the RMZ, but the button on the Sherco is nice! I appreciate the compliment on the videos. I have tried to get better on them as we go along. I hope to add some other related content to the channel as well. Thanks again for watching and please click subscribe if you have not already.
Nice Run Chris ! The SAND took me out and you and some others got by me. I never really recovered from that. Looks like you have Louis by one point for 2nd place overall going into the last race. BTW, what software program do you use for seaming your go-pro videos together? I'm trying to find something that is easy to use but haven't had any luck yet.
Hey Randy. Congrats on leading the 1st lap! I should be fully healed for the last race. It should be a good one between Louis and me. Ted has 1st wrapped up. I am using Cyberlink365. The free version doesn't do go-pro data. There are so many choices but I have used this for other stuff too. It's all what you are used too I suppose.
@@mydirtbikestuff Thanks for the video information. I'll have to look that up. I don't mind paying for something as long as it works. I was certainly surprised when I saw 1st on lap one. I thought I had cut the course somewhere but I think Ted & Louis got off the course somewhere and I went by them. Keith said he saw them coming back onto the course and he was in about 9th place at the time.
300 cc and a Rekluse CX make it work. I tend to ride up a gear when conditions are slick to keep from spinning the tire.. As i have said before, the Sherco has a light switch throttle and self preservation takes over.😁
We’re up to our butts in snow here in Colorado so I get to ride vicariously through you, thanks! You keep a quick and steady pace for sure.
We just seem to have that thawed out snow ! Can't wait for a drier race. Thanks for watching.
Great riding and racing. I’ve never done a cc race
But it’s looks
Fun, I’m
60
it is tons of fun! Lots of us old men still ride too!
Good ride Chris! You look a lot more comfortable on the Sherco.
Thanks Donnie. My wife and CJ say the same thing. The button is a lifesaver! Hopefully I will be able to ride it to it's potential next race.
Sorry I’m the Kawasaki that got in your way #650. Was trying to get out of way but was hard in that part of course.

Hey guys, building the yz250 for hare scrambles. What is the length of your bars? Stock ?

Brake rotor got hot !! Yuo like yz better ?

why the neutral reminder? guessing a Rekluse clutch thing? Sorry in advance for the dumb question.

What happened to the SUK? You like the Sherco? Thinking about getting one too. Love your videos

@@randywhitson1642 I talked to Ted after the race and he said they took a wrong turn and had to come back. Louis crashed hard somewhere too.
That thing is good at lugging

Someone should teach you how to ride.
