hello Joszef ! I would like to test some external aerodyamics with k-omega SST IDDES model. I don't find documentation about what boundary conditions to use for patches in k, omega and nut files. What would you recommend to use on each patch for these parameters? (5 patches : inlet, outlet, object, floor, and side walls) Thank you for your time and your answer, that will help me a lot !
v10 doesnt directly work with my v6 projects. I also don't like the change to fvModel and the removal of cyclicAMI. Changing over to v2012, my v6 projects worked :)
Thank you very much, I want use SedFoam solver, would you please make a video on that topic? on Scouring processes.
particles tracking plug in to any solver sounds interesting!
I think so too. The question is does it work properly? ;) Please let me know if you know the answer.
I like the particle change in the org version. I will have to com for meshing and org for solving for now.
Sound like a plan. I hope particles work now and don't end up in infinite loops along walls.
Thanks

I would choose the standard BC-s, but I am not an expert with this turbulence model.

I know, I found this also. A lot of syntax changes in the .org version.
Hi, if I want to learn openFoam which video of yours I should start with?
How to run your first simulation in OpenFOAM.
