I think participating in the class and then watching the playlist helped me a lot. EBM was my favorite class, and the assessment is where I did the best. :)

I'm sorry but content around EBM is always super vague, but at least in this video you gave a concrete example regarding YDS. Tx for that

I feel that most POs I've been working with have had a pretty good understanding of the product's UV, e.g. which new features to implement. That's kind of the backlog, right? Unfortunately they've been limited to looking only at the backlog and have missed opportunities because of that.

Determine what’s value, baseline value expectations and start gathering date to see if it’s happening. Example. For gaming software number of downloads. That’s value. Don’t waste time on non-innovation work, resist temptation to delay time to market. Endeavour for shorter organisational release cafence😀

Great video guys! Helped me a lot. Apart from measuring time to market with cycle time and Actionable Agile metrics I still have no idea how I can practically add the rest of EBM to a Scrum team? Or is this whole EBM thing more of interest for an Agile Coach who operates on a higher management level than for a Scrum Master?

Is your Product Owner fully empowered to make market based decisions? Work with them on CV and UV.

🛫 What do you mean, you don't understand it?! It managements that is based on evidence, which means data, which means customer feedback, metrics, and outcomes - it's in the name! :P
🛬 The revenue absence is actually quite interesting, as I can imagine this is the 1st spot in answers from stakeholders, when it comes to product success.
