There is work load every where you work in any country, you can't be expected to be paid and work leisurely. Pls don't spread negativity. Just to come to UK you don't join nhs, you should be loyal and dedicated if you want to join.

You clinical experience in India does not have any value in the UK so you will start at the same salary and banding just like everyone else..
