If an officer shift his job (tender resignation)from one department to another department both under state government and the officer service is continued. Date of service in new job 22/03/22
Date of join in old service 27/11/2017
So will the officer be eligible to get an increment in the month of July again

Yes.If you join through technical resignation in new dept. then your service of original dept carry forward to new one and you are entitle for increment from July
