That's would be me (You can verify on the Credits at the end of the Video) I mainly did Translation, English Audio (Japanese Audios for some parts that didn't had Proper Audios yet) and the Music Selection for the English Version (Original Latinamerican Mod used Anime Music, but the English Version goes for Music from Budokai, Tenkaichi and Raging Blast) another thing currently unique to the English Version are that there are new Special Quotes with other Characters (Try Future Gohan vs Goku Black for example) Also, all of the Audio from Story are Taken from the Anime, that ye- you hear is Beerus next Dialogue because he speaks way too early and I couldn't cut out that part In any case, Thanks for showing up the Mod! (even though it was an Older BETA lol)
You did an amazing job. Yeah I realized the Beta was out of date when I was finishing the editing. I'd been playing the mod for a couple of months and it takes me a while to make videos lol.
Greetings, I recently tried the English Version of the MOD, and I got delighted by the special interactions in multi-player mode (something the Latin American versions severely lacked), as well as the musical choices for some of the story mode climatic fights, more specifically Gohan vs Super Perfect Cell ("The Man Called C" and "Lost Courage") and Gogeta vs Broly (DBZ Budokai 3 Intro Theme). May I also sugest to add the Spirit Bomb theme from Budokai 1, and tracks from Final Bout (SSJ4 Goku, Vegetto, Future Trunks, Frieza, Cell, Buu and Baby themes) for the upcoming versions? I wish you and the modder team the of luck, and I'm looking forward to the next Beta.
The Time Nest mode and Time Patrollers are based off the ongoing "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" series of games, and the Dragon Ball Heroes promotional anime and game. Basically In Xenoverse 1 and 2 you create a character to help stop a couple of villains trying to alter the story of Dragon Ball Z and Super (GT isn't usually involved, neither the original Dragon Ball, which honestly isn't all that surprising)
The time patrollers are from the GT timeline future, Except Trunks that's from the Future one punished by the supreme kai of time to serve to fix timelines.

There's been starting to get ways to expand the roster even further going up to 256 characters most recently, it's still not fully usable but certainly impressive
Honestly, one of the cooler things about this mod is that there are some new character interactions. For example, Goku Black has special dialogue with all saiyans and Ginyu. Similarly, Kale also has special dialogue with Broly.

I'm surprised you haven't heard of them. they also share a few mechanics with tenkaichi budoki. Edit: parallel quests also come from the Xenoverse Series.

If you still have your original PS2 (as I have) you can actually burn this mod to a DVD-R and use the FreeDVDBoot exploit to run this game right off of a disc on the original hardware. It's amazing what fans can do nowdays
Tenkaichi 3 is fucking awesome. I genuinely think it is the best Dragon Ball game, no bias. They included GT and the movies. They included every character you could’ve asked for at the time. If it were to get remastered it would make insane amounts of money. The team behind BT4 did an amazing job, I don’t even think an official team could’ve done as good.

Another wonderful video. I had kind of heard about this mod but never deeply looked into it. It is unfortunate this game will be in the dead zone along with budokai 4 and raging blast 3 at least in an official sense. Wonderful video as walkways and congratulations on 4,000 subscribers. If there was an Official Sequel to Tenkaichi 3 there would probably be a Remake first considering how these things usually go. If I was in charge of the Remake I'd try to combine all the Good Things about each Tenkaichi Game's Story Mode to make the Ultimate DBZ Tenkaichi Story Mode as well as the Gameplay of 3 and the Biggest Roster Possible.

Playing this game is like watching the show, it has dialogue and music taken straight from the show. I wish we had an oficial spanish Dub for it because the audio from the show is kinda low quality sometimes, but I guess that adds to the nostalgia. And yeah, the intro sequence looks terrible lol. This is a great channel, it's like my childhood in videos but explained with a nice voice and cool humor

I just stumbled upon your channel, I'm loving it so far! I've been addicted to BT4 recently, it's the first time I've played a mod for any game. It's rough around the edges but overall feels like BT3 with more modes AND characters, and they have some unique mechanics for the new characters :)

I personally love what these guys are trying to accomplish. Unfortunately I’m on PS5. I really do wish Spike wake up and make this game a reality. Not a copy or Mod like this version but a real extension on the game itself, with better graphics more moves, more inputs (becuase let’s face it, there was so much room for more actions on the controller) holding the trigger and only having a direction and triangle or Circle was genius but why stop at triangle, why not add L2 a direction and square for Ki powered combo moves to diversify the combos, why not add left and right into the mix also and a full set of different moves when at Max power not just 1 but max power complete changing the move set or beefing up the animations on the original moves why only up and down direction was used is beyond me. I would certainly pay the full price for the official Tenkaichi 4. Just with the changes to the gameplay I have mentioned, a slight upgrade in graphics (not too much) and the list of characters that have been added by this fan team of devs Tenkaichi 4 could be not only an absolute killer of a game but possibly one of the greatest games for decades to come. Not only that but it would far outshine any of the absolute filth that has been released since tenkaichi 3 😂 anyway. Peace out. Really, really respect what these guys have achieved.
Budokai Tenkaichi 4 Beta XI has the English Version out which contains even more stages, mechanics and even new things that you can equip to your character. I highly suggest checking it out! I figured out that the intro's second part was an animation for the second Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour event
I've been playing this on my Steam Deck for a while and I can't get over how much I love it! I'd want the guys to release a guide as to how to upgrade between Betas and keep game saves working! (Can't wait for them to add Orange Piccillo and Beast Gohan!!!)

Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is available for PS2, PS3 and even PS4 now, you just have to download the game somewhere and "burn" it into a dvd disc, or you can even play it through usb nowadays
2:35 The weird looking part of the opening that isnt from dragon ball legends is the first db games battle our opening cinematic (from two years ago?), the very same event which gave us ACTUAL tenkaichi 4 this year.
I've noticed while playing that some characters were removed to make room for the new ones. I do hope they find a way to add slots so we can get everyone plus the new characters
Despite all the DBZ games that have come out over the years, BT1 has the most badass and authentic Intro of all of DBZ games of the Franchise. BT2 and BT3 in my opinion still remains the most Unique and the best DBZ games in terms of content, quality and fanservices. And from the gameplay perspective aspects, these DBZ games that I mentioned are very close to the anime itself because of the Vibe and Charm, I don't know how to describe it but it was, and still is the most Unique DBZ experience you could have with the combat factor. (- Sheer amount de of characters - Transformations mid-battle (powering up and down) - Fusions mid-battle - Fast gameplay that has that "woah" feel - Tons of extra content - Story mode covering all sagas + movies - What If sagas - Shenron having permanent impact on game (character unlocks and whatnot) - Great tournaments that rotate availability - Edit characters with items (buffs) - 5v5 battles - Really Great and Epic Soundtracks - Destroyable environments - Entire stages could be blown up into their "destroyed" alternatives - Mission 100 being a great challenge - Artwork is 10/10 - Sound effects are great - Combat feels heavy and satisfying) Only Budokai 3, Infinite World, Raging Blast 1 and 2 and PSP DBZ games are still considered also very solid DBZ games, also the hidden gem that a lot of DBZ fans missed from PS2 Era of DBZ games is "Super Dragon Ball Z" which is also a real Unique and DBZ game, especially for the different gameplay aspects perspective. ✌☯️
Great review! :) I've recently been doing a playthrough on the game on my channel and its been so fun! The DragonBall Super Saga is done really well and even the Broly special...which might have to be my favourite story mission, along with Goku Black. Even the GT Saga had some cool tweaks, the Super 17 fight was done waaay better than the original game!
I don't remember if this was in the base bt3 but the tournament is like artificially harder because they just give the opponent every buff available permanently at the start of the match on harder tournament difficulties.
I've been playing the story mode in this game lately and damn, I really love how they added the super story and super broly movie. I hope they add some additional costumes like Goku xeno and Vegeta xeno cause there's already vegito xeno in the game. Also I want adult gt Goku.
was waiting for youto cover this mod. And about balance, yes the game was balanced a lot, characters with low health and damage got a boost, some moves were brought back from previous games (Bardocks up triangle special for example) different variants of the same characters all played differently in the original game, but some were not that good, they were fixed here.
This game is the reason why I love the dbz community modders at least the ones that add or make their own dbz games I love the fact that they add characters from dbz super all the way up to the current state of the show
I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves Base form Gogeta. I've always wanted to see it, and the Broly movie just did that justice. It was cool playing him in this mod.
I’ve been wanting to play this for the past two months and finally got it installed on my laptop but can’t play it 😞 put in hours of work and youtubing “How To’s” just to get the game and still can’t play it
You might be missing some bios to make it run on an emulator properly. But that's just a wild guess as I ran into that problem when trying to play some of my PAL region games.

Found this mod a few months ago and I must say the guys have done an amazing job I can't thank them enough. Absolutely love it and can't wait to see what they'll add next. Btw the parallel quest time patroller shait is from the Xenoverse games that everyone is so crazy about. But if you play them back to back with BT3 you'll see how inferior their gameplay is.
Some of the new content from the alternate gamemodes comes from db zenoverse 1 and 2. Honestly I'd say zenoverse 2, while far from perfect, is probably top 3 dbz games.

Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is available for PS2, PS3 and even PS4 now, you just have to download the game somewhere and "burn" it into a dvd disc, or you can even play it through usb nowadays

The weird looking part of the opening that isnt from dragon ball legends is the first db games battle our opening cinematic (from two years ago?), the very same event which gave us ACTUAL tenkaichi 4 this year.
I love this mod, the voice lines and movesets are so creative. Hope they continue modding this with characters from the DBS Super hero movie

I've noticed while playing that some characters were removed to make room for the new ones.
I do hope they find a way to add slots so we can get everyone plus the new characters

Despite all the DBZ games that have come out over the years, BT1 has the most badass and authentic Intro of all of DBZ games of the Franchise. BT2 and BT3 in my opinion still remains the most Unique and the best DBZ games in terms of content, quality and fanservices. And from the gameplay perspective aspects, these DBZ games that I mentioned are very close to the anime itself because of the Vibe and Charm, I don't know how to describe it but it was, and still is the most Unique DBZ experience you could have with the combat factor. (- Sheer amount de of characters
- Transformations mid-battle (powering up and down)
- Fusions mid-battle
- Fast gameplay that has that "woah" feel
- Tons of extra content
- Story mode covering all sagas + movies
- What If sagas
- Shenron having permanent impact on game (character unlocks and whatnot)
- Great tournaments that rotate availability
- Edit characters with items (buffs)
- 5v5 battles
- Really Great and Epic Soundtracks
- Destroyable environments
- Entire stages could be blown up into their "destroyed" alternatives
- Mission 100 being a great challenge
- Artwork is 10/10
- Sound effects are great
- Combat feels heavy and satisfying) Only Budokai 3, Infinite World, Raging Blast 1 and 2 and PSP DBZ games are still considered also very solid DBZ games, also the hidden gem that a lot of DBZ fans missed from PS2 Era of DBZ games is "Super Dragon Ball Z" which is also a real Unique and DBZ game, especially for the different gameplay aspects perspective. ✌☯️

The DragonBall Super Saga is done really well and even the Broly special...which might have to be my favourite story mission, along with Goku Black.
Even the GT Saga had some cool tweaks, the Super 17 fight was done waaay better than the original game!

I don't remember if this was in the base bt3 but the tournament is like artificially harder because they just give the opponent every buff available permanently at the start of the match on harder tournament difficulties.

I've been playing the story mode in this game lately and damn, I really love how they added the super story and super broly movie. I hope they add some additional costumes like Goku xeno and Vegeta xeno cause there's already vegito xeno in the game. Also I want adult gt Goku.

And about balance, yes the game was balanced a lot, characters with low health and damage got a boost, some moves were brought back from previous games (Bardocks up triangle special for example) different variants of the same characters all played differently in the original game, but some were not that good, they were fixed here.

This game is the reason why I love the dbz community modders at least the ones that add or make their own dbz games I love the fact that they add characters from dbz super all the way up to the current state of the show
I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves Base form Gogeta. I've always wanted to see it, and the Broly movie just did that justice. It was cool playing him in this mod.

I’ve been wanting to play this for the past two months and finally got it installed on my laptop but can’t play it 😞 put in hours of work and youtubing “How To’s” just to get the game and still can’t play it
You might be missing some bios to make it run on an emulator properly. But that's just a wild guess as I ran into that problem when trying to play some of my PAL region games.

the time patroller stuff is from Dragon Ball Xenoverse 1&2, Xenoverse 2 is a fun game however there's a lot of DLC making the base game feel small

Found this mod a few months ago and I must say the guys have done an amazing job I can't thank them enough. Absolutely love it and can't wait to see what they'll add next. Btw the parallel quest time patroller shait is from the Xenoverse games that everyone is so crazy about. But if you play them back to back with BT3 you'll see how inferior their gameplay is.

Some of the new content from the alternate gamemodes comes from db zenoverse 1 and 2. Honestly I'd say zenoverse 2, while far from perfect, is probably top 3 dbz games.
