What a great podcast there is so many things in this that I wished I new when I started my business but these resources weren't available back then. I was lucky my father had a successful business and was a great mentor to me.
Great podcast guys, james knows his training candidates and is very personable. He actually takes the time to get to know people on a personal and professional level. Which is one of the main reasons technical topics is so successful.
