    The fact that this video with Kunal shah (billionare entruprenuer) has less views than the video with Saif Ali Khan just proves his point more. The nation wants to know the world from Filmstars more than actual Business and world builders

    • @arsalaan8127

      What the problem is that these big film stars are followed by a lot people on social media and just general fan following, but they don't understand their responsibility as influencers to make meaningful films instead of sh*t trp grossing movies, and when is the last time someone stood up for the people when they actually needed their help. Well the fact is a famous face has more followers than a NEW face or entrepreneur on the block. Their conversation will sound boring to 75% humans.
      In context of business, I am sure 50% of these 75% would definitely like to hear a successful and famous entrepreneur. For eg., if Ranveer had hosted Sir Ratan Tata I bet that video would have had far more views. And if it was Elon Musk, than may be more views than Saif's video.

      How is this something that makes someone 'big'? Saying/whispering words like "hmm", "yeah", "uh hun", "right" are auditory feedback while listening to someone speak. It's actually taught in language training. They are not interruptions, rather they are small acknowledgements of agreement.

      @Rishi Joshi Sure, I can't think of any instances when you're in direct conversation with someone and it isn't relevant. If you're saying that giving auditory feedback during an event such as a podcast may disrupt the audio for the audience, then yes, technically, it's considerate. But saying something like 'You've just got to listen' implies that people who give auditory feedback are not listening?

    • @utubeanup
      @utubeanup 4 года назад +8

      @@pankitpatel3738 I live in Denmark and here that is true. It is only possible because the parents are not status driven too. No one shows off big cars and bungalows. People drive bikes and wear simple clothes (mostly dark colors), wear simple jewellry and do not believe in extravagant lifestyle. But that is probably Scandinavian culture and ways of living and is probably an unfair comparison to the rest of the world. Having said that if children have simple upbringing where money is not the only drive and aspiration, I am sure we will see changes in the way young and adult approach life. Its definitely, easier said than implemented but a food for thought for all future parents atleast. :-)

    Some pointers from the podcast:
    Any society that default respect its elders stays dumb
    Truth-seeking is hard later in life
    How will you find individuality without exploration
    Inquisitive and fundamental understanding is important
    Pitch your business ideas to dad, mum, grandma, etc, and ask if they will pay for it. If yes then develop an app, the website for larger distribution
    India did not have an industrial revolution so does not understand the value of time.
    In India product that will increase stature will make more money than the product which will save time
    The biggest employer is inefficiency.

      I agree with the gist of your summary, but Japan does respect it's society's elders and is pretty advanced and prosperous - so there's a data point to state the contrary.
      I'm mystified about us not valuing time because we weren't part of the industrial revolution - how did the various other South Asian/Eastern European countries that weren't part of the (core) industrial revolution eventually succeed and supercede us in terms of ease of doing business, punctuality, etc (countries like Thailand, Estonia, Albania and Vietnam)?
