Then again, aside from Cetrion, they're practically useless anyways. If the Elder Gods fought against Skynet, you know Cetrion is just going to get captured and strung up as if she was in Deviantart (so Skynet can study and experiment on her) while the rest of the Elder Gods get a nuke to the face.
