At nearly 60 years old and the fact that I’ve ran 4wheelers in some brutal weather while ice fishing, you tend to appreciate the heated cab especially since I have 3 grandchildren now. I’m absolutely loving my new limited max! It’s definitely for comfort and joyriding! Thanx for the review! Be safe my friend!
Only if you intend to use it for doing utility type work with it as well. Otherwise the CanAm Maverick X3 is the “perfect toy riding off road”, but would not be if you needed to do farm/house type work with it.
The can am defender is the best looking best running most fun machine you can buy if your serious about the bush it’s great for hunting and going out exploring the bush I find many secret fishing holes as well
I have a 2019 and have around 2000 trail miles on it. Ive owned all kinds of offroad machines and love trail riding my defender. No i cant go 80mph but thats not why i bought it. We use it for plowing, hunting and trail riding
I enjoy your videos. Love my 2021 Defender XT HD8 with 30" tires, half windshield, Can Am half doors. The full enclosure I was not interested in. Since bringing it home in mid November I've travelled over 1400 kms with it. No issues. You sold me on the 800 engine instead of the 1000. 3 of my riding buddies have Commanders. I chose the Defender because I am also a hunter and I found it easier to get in and out of. I totally agree the Commander provides a far greater sportier ride.
I did forget to comment on how easy egress and access was from the defender, you’re absolutely right in that regard. Glad to hear it’s treating you well dude!
@badapple1403Hi, Handles them great. Only time they ever rub if I steer all they way to the left. The tires gave me 13.5 inches of ground clearance. My dealer told me it would not hurt the machine at all to install 30" tires. The tires I installed are the Sedona Rock a Billy's. They are awesome in the snow and trail mud with 8lbs of air.
If you are into the sporty feel, then why review a hunting, over-landing, cruising, and farming side-by-side from the perspective of a RZR (sports machine)? Although I liked the review, it would have been much better if you had fully embraced the perspective of the intended buyer.
Well.. I was half expecting this glowing amazing ride best ever blah blah blah.. but an actual real honest review. Great machine just not for me. Nice.
If your sponsored by BRP and you wear a Yamaha. BRP should think twice about sponsoring you. At least get their coat or wear a generic brand. It’s called respect for the brand. Also make sure that you are well informed of the product that you do a review on. To be honest....this has to be the worst commentary I’ve ever seen.
Thank you for your constructive criticism and I’m doing my best to constantly improve. As for the coat, I’m not made of money, I can’t just go splash the cash at every turn if I land a new sponsorship. If BRP wants to give me a jacket I’d gladly wear it, but hey like I said it’s cold out and that’s what I have, also I’ve ridden Yamaha sleds for years, so it makes sense why I’d have a Yamaha jacket.

I've been looking at HD8 XT for plowing my driveway and doing stuff on my farm. Would you recommend it?
@@perrysplantspoultryandperm6255 absolutely. Great machine
Still not quite an F150, but getting closer every year in features, size and price!
Especially price...$30 grand for a loaded rig......paid the same for a STX four seater.
My brother bought a 2020 xmr 2 seater with the same cab, heater, headliner, stereo, and dome light and it came in at like 36,800 Canadian
Sorry to hear that buddy. You'll get it out. If you got it in, you will get it out eventually.

I think I would love/hate the size of that thing. I think I would rather ride along with someone who has one so they can haul everything.
I’m inclined to agree, one of these tagging along on a camping trip would make the world of difference
It is badass looking
Do you think your opinion would be different with a 2 door xmr?
What % of tint is on the windows? Good video! Thanks.
I’m almost certain it’s 15% but I could be mistaken… not my machine and it’s been long sold by the previous owner
Can am machine and Yamaha snow suit lol.
Haha yup 😂
Your a joke
He's like I just paid 30k. Tell me buddy what you like so I can feel good about my purchase. Buddy is like I really don't give a F
Great video. I like the machine, not the price point. Id much rather use a Jeep for hunting.

Good for you

Yamaha jacket the Outlander dude needs to work on his grip he would have been fine if he laid into the throttle
You might as well buy a Toyota 4Runner for the same price.
