As a Pistons fan I hope Malik re-signs just because Sacramento’s play style is such a good fit and I think we’ll use him wrong
If he goes somewhere else I think they’ll either try to use him way too much on ball or will just tell him to space the floor
Whereas what makes Monk good is his ability to flow between on ball, off ball movement, handoffs and getting downhill and obviously spotting up. If you’re not using all those, you’re not going to get the full value

I like Monk but I think he’s gonna be too expensive for what he offers, I think Gary Trent Jr or Gary Harris both offer the same things as Monk at a cheaper price
