Chirping in with thoughts on the stream antics: as a girl I think it's the stupidest shit I've ever seen. But I also don't get the whole identity tie grown assed adults have, to sports. I know I had that fire, in my early 20's. I was ready to burn Tampa Bay to the ground, when they beat out the Calgary flames in '05. I still feel salty about it and Martin St Louis, to this day, and Calgary isn't even my team. It's never been my team. I'm a Bruins girl. But as a Canadian, in that series final, Calgary was my team and it hurt at the time, to get so close to the cup coming home, and having it ripped away from us. So I know at one time in my life, I could relate to the antics of sports fans. But then I grew up and realized there are more important things in life, than sports. I couldn't imagine losing my mind now, over a loss, or being so anxious about a win. If I was still in my chaotic 20's hells yeah, I'd probably love the stream. In my fully formed 40's, it gives me the ick. Even wanting to tune in and support KFC for the Mets, or Feits for Boston events, I can't with the rants and explosions from everyone else on the stream. But lots of other sports fans and stoolies relate and enjoy the content. Also it makes the company money. So do you y'all!
