NCL Encore Palomar Experience final

Sharon and Mark are on the NCL Encore right out of drydock. One of the changes was replacing Ocean Blue with Palomar, a Mediterranean Seafood specialty dining venue. As with any change, there is a variety of perspectives on the change. Sharon and Mark enjoyed a long dinner and share their experience and perspective on this new (to the Encore) dining venue.
Made this a bit differently, trying to get stuff done and posted with limited internet out in the middle of the Atlantic.
