The reason why the fountains aren’t on is mainly because of the dengue outbreak,since the root cause of dengue is becuase of water (it attracts dengue mosquitos) they don’t open it although there have been a few times where they do tho personally living in Islamabad for 10 years I’ve only seen the fountains on for once lol

Our maintenance is messed up in Pakistan, we love to build things but we don't like to do maintenance. Only stagnant water, if the fountain is running there will be no eggs, but if u turn off fountain, it's a great place to lay eggs. They should not build them if they cannot maintain them....

Elichi is called cardamom in English and you find the tea oily because it's made from fresh milk which has fresh cream in it.
