asia literally has the best cuisines in the world. and before somebody comes at me for not specifying,i'm aware of that but it's so rich and diverse i cannot get enough of it!
WOW why isit that the south asia and central Asia always get forgotten when they talk about asian food? You know there are countries other than Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia right?! There is Burma, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, SriLanka, Laos, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan and more. I wish these country's cousins were explored as well. It is a shame that people think of a handful of countries when they say Asian cuisine.

Nobody cooks like that in Vietnam, but in other countries they don't know much about Vietnamese cuisine. We can't force them to cook pho like Pho Thin, or make banh mi like Banh mi Huynh Hoa. They don't live in Vietnam so they can't cook like Vietnamese.
Where is India? Or the United Arab Emirates? The majority of this is East Asia, how about a country from central Asia or western Asia or South asia? There are other countries in Asia too besides 4, its not just southeast and east that is Asia
