Housing isn't a federal responsibility, but immigration and temporary workers are. Which is a massive part of whats causing the housing crisis.

Just another thing to add to the list of broken liberal promises
So so so so relieved that "Halal Mortgages" are available to the immigrants competing for Canadian homes.

In Canada, there are so many things and projects to do. To begin with, we need to stop unnecessary and fraudulent immigration and international students and send them home.
Let Canadian citizens, youths, and the next generation live peacefully in their birth country.
We have always been serfs. It’s obvious now.
For average American to survive,I think will all need to find alternative means,Depending on this administration is totally lose. Investing is the major key that can secure your family's future. Missing out on this opportunity would be a mistake. I pray you become successful 🙏🏽
Honestly speaking, investing is a smart way to secure your family's future, grow your wealth, and stay ahead of inflation.
It’s getting wild by the day. The prices of homes are quite ridiculous and Mortgage prices has been skyrocketing on a roll(currently over 7%). Sometimes i wonder if to just invest my spare cash into the stock market and wait for a housing crash or just go ahead to buy a home anyways.
Investing in Stocks, Forex and cryptocurrency is the wisest, it's a place where millionaires and future billionaires come to get inspired. If you've not been involved in any you're missing out. Most importantly If you know how to trade you can make a ton of money no matter where you find yourself

@@adanam6377Halal mortgage is a disadvantage. Don't ever do one. All you are doing is agreeing to let the bank set an interest rate with out your knawledge for the entire time you pay the house. That's all it is, banks will never give up profit. You see a house for 500 grand in order not to pay interest the bank will buy the house on your be half. Then you agree to pay the bank 750 grand. All that happens is the bank puts the interest in the price up front at what they think will be best for them, the bank.

Pierre, please undo this ridiculous gain in capital gains. Many Canadians worked hard and invested all their lives to have some sort of pension. We don't get those goldplated government pensions, yet have to pay for them for these absurd liberals. Please bring the capital gains back to only on 50%
One of the reasons there is a housing crisis is because the captial gains tax on selling an investment property was seen as a kick ass bargain by real estate speculators here an abroad for decades. Only half of the gains were subject to taxation and if you have no salaried or hourly income in Canada was even a better deal.
You do now that for every dollar beyond $250,000 for an individual, two-thirds of the capital gain would be taxable. Below that remains the same at half the gains being subject to taxation.
You are a fool if you didn’t abandon Trudeau a long time ago!

Don't worry Prime Minister, I have already discussed with my 15 year old son how deficits work. It was very easy for him to understand how much interest we are paying and where the money comes from to pay for that interest. I also made sure he knew who is paying for the free dental ( that isn't working) and the basic fact that nothing is " free" from the government. If you want something screwed up, get the government to run the program. The kid learned more about government in one car ride home, than he will in his whole high school career.
