This is actually THE BEST review on Fossibot on all RUclips! Seriously! Only in your review the fan were clearly seen and i was able to check the blue light on the right side fan and be sure that it's ok! I have the same station and use it more than a 8 month straight cause we have too many blackouts in my city, and only few days ago i saw the blue light from right fan and wasn't sure if it ok or not, so i tried to check that info on the officials manual and sites but aren't found anything, so were a bit nervous. I had REALLY BAD vision, like i couldn't see small details at all that's why i don't saw those blue light behind right fan before, i just wasn't close enough to be able to see it before... So i was very happy to know that it's ok and it works correct! I checked soooooo many reviews on this station just for check that moment with blue light behind right fan and all those reviews were useless for me cause there wasn't any details about that part of station so i was about to give up on it and just hope that it's ok... And i found your review showed every details and elements of this station and right info and checking! Thanks for it! I'm so happy i found your review! Thanks!

I really appreciate your feedback and am glad to hear that everything is working fine with your power station. I hope to catch as much of these little details as possible, but sometimes miss them. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

@OffGridAdventure I need at least three. I have been looking for a design in the same as I have been testing two solar systems. To get away from many batteries. Then have something in one package. Then I can take it with me on travels as well. With enough power. That I can control. That one does everything I want one to do. Thank you so much for sharing. Take care.

I like a lot of the protective features of this device and seems very versatile in usage capabilities. It's interesting to read thru the concerns of other viewers expressed in the comments.
To me, this would be one to watch to see what other reviews (preferably by ppl on the road full time) have to say about long term performance; but thanks for running it thru its paces for us

i like the manual nobb and that it does not require an app or internett to run or controll. I like the price and the solar cable. But will it be able to run my electric toalett (2000w - a cinderella)?

Seems like a decent unit at a reasonable price. Having an adjustable charging rate is a nice feature. Looking forward to seeking that no build van

in USV pass through mode the ground wire isn't passed through... so in a dangerous situation your house fuse won't switch off ... the power is instead flowing through your body to the earth ... Ecoflow had the same problem and all powerstations were recalled. But Fossibot still sells the products, no recall ...

    • @AdventureGearTV
      @AdventureGearTV  Год назад +1

Yikes. That sounds dangerous. I believe most of the power stations are not grounded in the manner described. EcoFlow grounded theirs to make it available in Europe. Thanks for pointing this out.

@@AdventureGearTV well at least they should sent an information to this design fault or an information about this dangerous problem on the website... Many people in europe bought this powerstation and used USV... And when you see a grounded socket on a powerstation and you also put the plug from this powerstation in your house ac socket you would believe it's the same safe passed through electricity ...but it's not

What I'm learning from these portable power reviews is that you only want to use max power if it's connected to an external power source to keep it charging, to ensure endurance. Otherwise, you'll only get a couple hours of use out of them. Instead, it's better to use just some of it, so it lasts you for longer? So, prioritizing AC or a stove or whatever instead of having all of them all at once.
Have i learned well, Mister OGA? 😊

Absolutely! I plan to build a permanent solar panel array soon that I’ll be able to use for these videos.

Hi I’m new to the channel, moved to Italy because I own an apartment there, never owned a solar generator, am within walking distance of ev charging stations, jobs are hard to find and pay less, bills through the roof and running out of savings, also Amazon is the Italian version, but in a nutshell my question would be, for the purpose of saving on bills, using gas powered canisters for cooking ect. Should I invest in this fossibot with panels for 500 euros or would it be better to consider the bluetti eb3a for around 300 euros no panels, or simply find other solutions? Running a fan constantly without air conditioning, considering kerosine heaters for the winter, might get the electricity cut off soon because I have not received a bill in 5 months and it will be incredibly high! I should add, for the purpose of solar panel charging, my apartment is overlooking a park where I could do that although in the shorter winter days that may not fit into my schedule, hoping I will have one by then of course!

Ciao! So, this is a tough question to answer. I know that things are more expensive there, but the added hassle of physically moving the device to charge it seems like a lot. Also, do you have 110v devices? This doesn’t support 220v. You would need to make a long run cost comparison of the initial investment vs paying the electric bill. This FossiBot is an excellent deal at 500 💶. It will run a box fan for around two days on a single charge whereas the EB3A has a much lower battery capacity and may not last a complete day. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any follow ups.

@@AdventureGearTV awesome! Yes! Very helpful! I’m also looking into smaller prep per items like solar chargeable lights and fans that are battery powered like the Bosch ect. Maybe, if a brand like Bluetti, simply having mor of a name was important, the smaller station capacity could be compensated by e types of devices, but I haven’t va really gotten in the refrigerator rabbit hole yet!

Thanks .. anyone knows how loud this is for use in camping tent ?
I am impresed with fossibot f800 (512wh) that charges silently with no fans !!! even at 150w from solar , and also silent dc use even for 60w that i used . ac uses fans on over 30w periodicaly but they are silent ones compare to others.
ps , oupes1200 (992wh) and allpowers r600 uses fan almost constantly when charging, with allpowers been too much noise to stand !! Even in dc mode over 20-30w oupes makes a light fan noice (allpowers is silent)

I like, but scared this is cheap china crap since its aslo sold under a different name eco play and possibly more. Im worried support wont be there in case something happens. 1000 bucks is alot to me instead of paying a little more and going with a well known name brand. I like the features on this though. Mainly the different charge levels selection knob.

Let them buy directly and if yours is a problem then they will fix it .
