Gpro user here personally I love the racquet and I have the physicality to play with it but I have to say when it comes to volleys they are a bit tough to manoeuvre (volley also not my strong point) and btw just found your channel and love the whiteboard style subbed

The Head gravity Pro is arm friendly in that it has a heavy static weight and hefty swing weight. It also has Auxetic 1.0 which somehow stiffens the frame in time for a solid (not wobbly) impact. Those are two key factors in it being an excellent... dare I say superb control racket. Brody is correct in that this racket isn't for everyone.
I would really like to see Head take there cue from Solinco and make in the butt of the racket a compartment where you can modify the head light weight to your personal taste. I bought this racket because it was going to save my arm like any other heavy swing weight racket. It's simple physics the more weight you put into means more steady impact. The more inertia the better this stick plays.
This racket will require you to strengthen your shoulder with small weights and exercise bands . This racket will require you to have more cardiovascular ability in lung stamina and also arm shoulder stamina. The sheer heft of the racket makes it a requirement that you beef up your muscles that haven't been used by other rackets.
That said if you enjoy a flat low trajectory this racket is truly phenomenal and in a league of its own. Buttery smooth mind-bending control it will not* give you FREE power. It is claimed to have a 10% larger sweet spot. With the Auxetic 1.0 The Sweet Spot makes the 2023 Gravity Pro noticeably more arm friendly. You will end up taking volleys from near the Baseline with unfathomable control. That's how steady and arm friendly this frame makes your game.
If serious about this racket put in the time to strengthen your shoulder for faster swing speeds. The results will undoubtedly astonish you and your opponents. I have a full thickness tear in my supraspinatus from work (not from tennis). Without a doubt strengthening my shoulder and improving my technique have made lifetime changes to the better for my whole game. This is an incredible racket you will learn to appreciate if you are prepared* to play up to it's true potential.
There is world class instruction on RUclips videos to strengthen your shoulder, improve your swing speed and technique. I cannot urge you strongly enough that if you play up to the racket (improve your technique and physique) your game will be unrecognizeably better compared to the one you have now. If you struggle with heavy hitters gentlemen, this is your stick. Truly unsurpassed control with inspiring* confidence.
If you struggle for feel with the Gravity Pro I used the Sergetti stringing method which practically doubled the versatility of this racket. Rublev, Zeverev are two ATP proven examples of just how exhilarating this racket truly is given the chance. The new Gravity Pro 100 Auxetic 2.0 comes out in time for the Aussie Open. I highly recommend you demo them both as feel is an extremely subjective topic.

As a 4.5 level player who has been using a gravity pro for last 4 years I can say you don’t really have to be a pro to use it. Especially If you are a bigger guy that can handle the weight. Its harder to move in a 3rd set or long match. At times I switch to the Boom Pro or Blade 98. But the comfort, feel and feedback you get from the GP is better than all others by far. The most sublime raquet I have ever played with. This being said, I will try the Tour 98.
Btw - I’m selling one of my GP on ebay if anyone interested.

Graphene 360+ destroyed my arm sadly. Auxetic is fine though

315g insane 😂. Did you start playing tennis in the last 5 years? Don't pick up a rf97 or older prestige. Might break your arm coz they are 330 and 340 unstrung.
Zverev has been seen using the gravity tour 305g with 22mm beam in the last few tournaments. Bit more power which shows on his serve lately. I just bought gravity tours but felt 305g was too light so I bumped them up with a leather grip, overgrip and 3g of lead to 342g strung

Nope. To me for a frame to be arm friendly it needs to be powerful, light and not too stiff. Yes the gravity pro is flexible, but goddamn it is tough to get power and to swing it around. I would not recommend this to a player with arm issues already.
