Thank you very much sir,
we appreciate your efforts.
Thank You so much 🙏
Why the depth of penetration you showed is difference from SCWIP 3.1:
- DCEP: When the electrode is on the positive pole of the welding circuit, the workpiece
becomes the negative pole. Electron flow direction is from the workpiece to the
electrode. When the electrode is positively charged (DC+ve) and the workpiece is
negatively charged the two thirds of the available heat energy is at the tip
of the electrode, with the remaining one third being generated in the parent
material, resulting in an increase in weld penetration.
- DCEN: When the electrode is on the negative pole of the welding circuit, the workpiece
becomes the positive pole, electron flow direction is from the electrode to the
workpiece. The distribution of energy is now reversed. One third of the available
heat energy is generated at the tip of the electrode, the remaining two thirds in
the parent material.
Direct current with a negatively charged electrode (DC-ve) causes heat to
build up on the electrode, increasing the base metal melting rate and
decreasing the depth of the weld penetration depth.
In DCEP- weld deposition is high and in DCEN - high heat on workpiece introduced high penetration rate. Your words are right... I appreciate it. 👍

Apke es comments ke liye apka dil se sukriya ❤️ but mai bhi aap jesa hi hu, Jo aata hai bata deta hu bas. ✌️
Can we use same DC welding machine for Both Polarity? Means for straight and Reverse Polarity? we need to use different Welding Rods for straight and Reverse welding or same will Work?
The best of all . . ❤
@vsbhangralovers4317 Thank you 😊
Thanks for English subtitles
@rihanmishra8148 Happy to help. However my grammer is not good 😅

Sir depth of penestation pe video banaye..❤
I will try to add that video ✌️
Good sir 🙏
Thank You 😊
Please sir discuss for Globular and pulsed transfer mode.
Globular transfer means the weld metal transfers across the arc in large droplets (i.e. more than dia of electrode), and mainly uswd for carbon steel, and here CO2 used as shielding gas
How many types of dye pentrant inspections are followed
Bahut badiya sir
Aisa to paid course m bhi nahi padate

Any shortcut for reverse polarity and straight polarity for DC welding
No idea
Welding machine VRD ke bare main video banaye sir
Ji jarur
Nice.sir welding plant k output voltage ko kam ya ziyada karne se amp kam ya zayada hon gay k nai.
Yes, voltage kam krne se amp kam hogi kyuki Volatge ek tarah ka force hai jo amp ko push krta hai aage badne k liye
agar AC current mey depth of penetration acha ha toh AC kyu nhi use karte ha industry field mey ??
@@jr.bond0048 sayad AC air DC ki apni apni requirements hai... Dono ho use hoti hai based on application

Don't know much about this topic.
Sir, submerged arc welding me ek saath AC and DC welding machine chall sakta hai. Please sir AC and DC welding bare me ek episode banaye. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ok I will add on AC and DC welding machine..
Sir tig reverse polarity kaise hua tig me to work pic me plush use hota he
Sir kya straight polarity mein hme lower deposition rate milta hai??
DCEP mai weld deposition high hota hai..
And yes Straight polarity mai deposition low hota hai kyuki more hear is added to the workpiece and less heat to filler rod.
@@mechanicalnexus and straight polarity mein hme deeper penetration ka weld milta hai
