Looks great! Small nit: mirin is sweetened/seasoned rice wine, so a reasonable substitute if you can’t find it would be sugar + sake (not rice vinegar)
Mirin is not vinegar, it is sweetened rice wine. Higher quality does not use corn syrup. My family makes a kimchee from just fermented Napa cabbage. Not my favorite but recently had store made kimchee with red chili and loved it. Try kenjis recipe for Philly steak with kimchee, bulgogi hoagie. Would love to see your kimchee base.
Bruhh... As a korean, home cooked 갈비 might taste slightly different but still is good... Tho if u have korean pear which is expensive af rn in korea and grind em n add em into the marinade, they r amazing
I live in Canada this costing 5 bucks to make at home - I highly doubt it. Probably would cost $72.38 and then you’d pay an outrageous ticket for “speeding” (going 30 mphon the most open road) to then have to make it in our shoebox facilities

Do you eat out? If so, I guarantee you that you're eating foods which have been cooked in liquids with low alcohol contents. There is no physical way to eat enough galbi that you could ever get even remotely intoxicated. At some point, this sort of thing gets silly; it's not like adding an animal product. The alcohol molecules are quite literally gone by the time you eat it.

Am I crazy or did he blend the apple with the sticker on? (Nevermind lmao it was a dent)
Haha i coulda swore i took it off. If not then that’s a tasty sticker haha
To me, it looks like it's merely a light source reflecting off an especially shiny apple.
No offence but this title of video is really getting old. Enjoy your content but a switch up wouldn't hurt, I know it's for the algorithm n all that.
I mean, he did say it was going to become a weekly series.
Another one coming this week :)
You do you. Keep up the series. @@acooknamedMatt
